Material & Labour for racking out old joint sealant with masking tape from existing Dummy/Contraction/Expansion joints of dimension 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep and removing the sealant outside the MD land and fixing 12 mm dia polyethylene rod in position as required including treating the sides and bottom of the joint with primer suitable for sealant and refilled with polyurethane joint sealant compound with masking tape using mechanical means to a minimum depth of 8 mm and minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF)=30% conforming to requirements of BS-5212,BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003 for hydrolysis/ water resistance test and making good surface all as per manufactures instructions. Make:- Fosroc Chemicals, M/s. STP Ltd and M/s. Sika India Pvt Ltd or any make as approved by E-in-C's Branch upto date of receipt of tender.

Demolition Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for drain cover, manhole cover, beam, slab & etc all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Precast RCC cover slab for drain and manhole cover at type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)& set in 1:6 including all necessary formwork and finishing exposed concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for mild steel CRS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick and stone wall built in cement mortor incl all quoins, arches, pillars built in cement mortar complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on stone or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces all as per the manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.
