S&F 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275. fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm With fully perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged or 1 0 mm thick square edged of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600x 600mm , suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1 OOOmm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in Charge.

S&F in repairs Gl frame work for seamless ceiling, size of grid 605 x 605mm, comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre and hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long, with and including 4mm thick E-boards fixed or laid/ inserted to GI framework with screwsas per manufacturere instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of making frame work and board (cut out) for fixing light fitting grill diffuser etc shall be deemed included in the quoted rate.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops or similar work rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.
