Maintenance of industrial lighting system consisting of cargo handling areas, Railway sidings, street lighting, WQ-EQ Berths, Sheds- at Western Sector & Port area, Old & New Flyover Bridge lighting, Residential colonies of Harbour park, power supply maintenance to the above complete as directed including round the clock monitoring of the lighting system, attending of complaints, repairing / replacement of defective switch gears and lighting accessories and maintaining the illumination levels as per norms in the said locations (Annexure-II) and maintenance of operational accessories for lighting system, Switching “ON and OFF” the lighting at all locations, during the sunset / sunrises as per scope of work enclosed in Annexure -I Allocation of the work can be anywhere of the VPA premises as directed by Engineer. Supply of tyre mounted, self-travel crane with fuel, suitable bucket arrangement and driver for maintenance of flood / street lights, erection of poles and any associates works connected to electrical maintenance at any location of port area such as LPG,OR-I & OR- II, western sector ,Inner & outer harbor etc. as directed by Engineer. Supply of 350-400Watt LED Flood light Luminaire made of pressure diecast aluminum housing with powder coated, having protective toughened glass, supply Input voltage 120 - 270 V AC, P.F > 0.90, high power LEDs, with a System Efficacy >=120 lumens/watt and junction temperature < 70°C, with ingress protection IP66, Luminaire performance complies to IS 10322 (Part 5 / Sec-5), IK05, driver surge protection 4KV, In-house additional surge protection ≥ 10KV with wide/ narrow beam optics, THD<10% at 110 Volts AC, driver efficiency >90%, , CCT: 3000K - 5700K, as approved by VPA, minimum CRI>70, etc., complete with earth connection and not less than two years warranty. Make: Philips / Crompton / Bajaj / Jaquar / Havells / Note :- 50% shall be delivered to VPA store immediately after issue of work order within a period of 45 days to use the same as per site requirement by engineer-in-charge, Balance shall be arranged in the 1st month of 2nd year of AMC or as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :- The fitting should have type certificate (including photometry, protection against electric shock, endurance and thermal test) from Central Govt. Lab / NABL accredited lab in compliance to applicable Indian Standard. Shall be submitted along with delivery .

Supply of EV / Diesel Jeep (4 + 1 ) 5 seater capacity (Dual cabin), 4 wheeler Vehicle of model 2025 or later with carrying space at rear side, for transporting workmen & materials round the clock with driver (Permissible mileage per month: 3000 km) irrespective of any Sunday or holiday for the purpose of O&M of the industrial lighting. NOTE: Cost of fuel will be reimbursed by VPA at 10km per liter basis. Note :- The vehicle at Sl no 5 shall be arranged immediately while commencement of work order. In case of delay an alternate vehicle shall be arranged immediately to cope up the work
