Materials to be procured from sources having the satisfactory past performance of same/similar items as per clause no. 16.4 of Eastern railway General tender condition of contract.
The material must be supplied as per the description and specification.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
Inspection by TPI before despatch at OEM if PO value more than 5 lac otherwise Consignee.
All other conditions are as per the General tender condition of the contract for Eastern Railway, uploaded in the document section.
1) A comprehensive warranty of 36 months shall be provided for the complete system from the date of completion of work. In case of any defect, malfunction, or non- working condition of the system, the firm shall repair or replace the defective part free of cost.All required materials shall be supplied free of cost by the firm, and the system must be restored to working condition within 3 days from the date of breakdown. 2) Mode of dispatch: By Road/Rail/Special Messenger.
