Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep as in soft/ loose soil and getting out all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation over areas in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation over areas in soft/loose soil, exc 1.5 m deep and n.exe 3.0 M and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (20mm graded aggregates) Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc. basement slabs,under-reamed piles and mass concrete.

Supply of integral water proofing compound confirming to IS-2645.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (20mm graded aggregates) in Beams, cantilevers,bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span all as Specified.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (20mm graded aggregates) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves, complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (20mm graded aggregates) in Columns,pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work.

M&L for applying three white wash on internal surfaces of walls incl preparation of newly plastered surface.

M&L for forming grade 'A' construction joints (Dummy) 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm Thk. PCC 1:4:8 type D2 under flooring , using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid cerermic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but n.exc. 0.11 sqm, in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (300x450mm) x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match the shade of tile over 10mm thick rendering of in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for box type steel ventilator side/top hung with glazing bars dovetailed or welded and treated with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and shown on Drawing No CEJZ/TD-06/07 & CEJZ/TD-07/07.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work, complete all as specified.

S&F for sheet glass, ordinary quality, 5.5 mm thick in squares exc 0.5 sq. m each pane.

S&F for solid PVC door frame of sixe 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain glover PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube in opening as per specification and drawing.

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC Door shutter 30mm thick (Stype) consisting of frame made out MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain coloured PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet stripof 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail, & bottom rail; Panneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing.

M&L for 18/20mm thick Block board grade 1 guality exterior grade decorative type with decorative face veneer on one face , fixed with screws to timber frame work comoplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames 2nd class Hw, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixedcomoplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for extra over rates of block board or veneered particle board for external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails®s. comoplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for aluminium handles, cast type, anodised 100mm long completed all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel, cold rolled, medium weight butt hinges 100 mm, fixed with screws to wooden frames or fixed with welding to iron frames complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of drawer 4-lever Brass lock grade-I size 65mm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for chromate steel with precision ball bearing Full extension drawer channel/slider/hinge of load carrying capacity 25 kg and size 16" with matching screw for fixing, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for PVC magnet cather fixed with screws to wooden frames complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on terrace, sides of parapet in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound, finished even and fair.(Note water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under other item.

M&L for cleaning the new plastered surfaces with wire brushes, brooms etc and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm consisting of 3/4 part bitumen of grade 85/25 and 1/4 part of kerosene oil.

M&L for providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) land on after applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2Kg per Sqm by forced application complete all as specified.

M&L for applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2Kg per sqm with forced application above APP based polymeric membrance .

Supply and fix for health faucet (hand spray) chromium plated fancy type with 1 metre long PVC flexible pipe 15mm bore covered with chromium plated flexible tube connected to 15mm bore iron pipe incl holder for holding faucet fixed to wall with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for vitreous china wash basin with vitreous China Pedastal, white, flat back, size 550 x 400mm, including brackets incl 32mm bore CP waste coupling.

S&F for soap dish fixed to walls with chromium plated brass screws.

S&F for brass chromium plated tubular towel rail, 20mm dia D-type, 60cm long between flange.

S & F for type pillar taps 15 mm bore cast copper alloy with capstan heads chromium plated ,scrwed down high pressure, with or without lettered hot or cold with long scrwed shanks and fly nuts-nuts scrwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as per specified.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with using water proofing compound and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete. (Waterproofing compound measure and paid separately)
