Annual Routine Maintenance Preventive and Breakdown of 220KV IIP Jhajhra and IIP Rishikesh line

A. Work of patrolling for one year of 220 kV IIP-Jhajhra and 220kV IIP-Rishikesh Transmission lines tower to tower and submitting the patrolling report in prescribed Performa to Harrawala Sub Division quarterly basis in a year. Clearance of Patrolling Path by cutting & removing thorned bushes etc below the line in dense forest area & removing the same away from the 35 meter wide gallery. Checking Points are given as below:- 1. Position of disc insulator. 2. Identification and number of missing tower parts. 3. Dislocation of dampers. 4. Condition of the conductor. 5. Condition of the earth wire. 6. Identification of week joints, deterioration of Jumpers, hot spot and clamps etc. 7. Position of tower earthing. 8. Position of tower foundation. 9. Position of Danger plate, number plate and name plate. Note:- The Contractor will provide 06 persons team (01 number Supervisor, 02 numbers skilled lineman and 03 numbers semiskilled labour) along with 01 number Jeep at 220 KV Substation IIP Harrawala. All the required T&P and it's transporation will be arranged by the contractor. Contractor must be located within 05 Km from 220KV Substation IIP Harrawala. (57.021 Km X 4 Frequency = 228.084 Kms) B.Lopping and chopping of trees and its branches near & under the gallery of 220 kV IIP-Jhajhra and 220kV IIP-Rishikesh Transmission lines in fields or crops by removing one by one all branches & stems developing towards the line & removing the same from the 35 meter wide gallery of the line safely with rope for safety of line conductors and to minimise future trippings. (quarterly basis in a year). (57.021 Km X 4 Frequency = 228.084 Kms)

Emergency Patrolling and Looping chopping of 220 kV IIP-Jhajhra and 220kV IIP-Rishikesh lines at the time of tripping.

Drone Patrolling (Videography/Photography of line Gallery)including Thrmography

Replacement of damage/broken/puncture disc insulators of single/double tension/suspension fitting including dismantelling/ lowering down and again hoisting complete string of 220 kV IIP- Jhajhra and 220kV IIP-Rishikesh line under 220kV sub division IIP Harrawala.

Replacement of minor snapped/damage /defective burnt conductor of single/double tension fitting by using new STF/DTF, mid span joint/repair sleeves and ACSR Deer/Zebra conductor etc. complete work including De-stringing and Re-stringing of conductor of above 220 kV Lines.

Replacement of broken/defective earth wire/OPGW or earth wire fittings/OPGW complete accessories by using new single tension fitting of 7/9,7/10 SWG/OPGW earth wire, midspan joint and earth wire etc. complete work including De-stringing and Re-stringing of earth wire/OPGW of above 220 kV Lines.

Replacement of Damage/burnt/defective jumper of ACSR Deer/Zebra conductor by using new jumper cones/PG clamps/Cweg clamps and ACSR Deer/Zebra conductor of above 220 kV lines.

Repairing cum tightening of defective/loose jumpers of ACSR Deer/Zebra conductor, replacing nut bolts if required of above 220 kV lines.

Attending the Break down of tree or tree branches which is fallen on the 220 kV line/Tower/Jumper/Earth wire etc.including patrolling of above lines in emergency and removing the tree or tree branches by cutting/pulling the tree or tree branches of above 220 kV lines.
