Size of Delux Type Mobile Toilet Trailer 06 Seater: 3.60M length x 2.74M width x 3.15M height from ground level Base Frame Shall be fabricated from M.S. Channel of size 150 x 75mm, 75 x 40mm and 100 x 50mm. Cabin Structure Shall be fabricated by using M.S. Angle of size 40 x 40 x 5mm / 6mm, M.S. Tee of size 50x50x6mm & 40x40x5mm etc Cabin Panel Shall be covered with G.R.P. Coated Asbestos Sheet Approx. 8mm to 9mm. Door Shutters Door shutters for each cabin shall be of size 72”x27” approx. (made from using M.S. Angle of size 25x25x3mm and M.S. Flat of size 25x3mm covered with G.R.P. Coated Asbestos sheet with Tower Bolt, Door Handle, Locking Bolt and But Hinges etc. Roof Structure Shall be fabricated by using M.S. Angle of size 40x40x5mm / 6mm and 32x32x3mm and M.S. Tee of size 40x40x5mm having round shape and projection and covered with transparent fiber glass sheet. Folding type Platform Shall be fabricated by using M.S. Angle of size 40x40x5mm / 6mm and M.S. Flat of size 25x5mm with Aluminium checker plate. Side railing shall be provided by using special type hinges pin & bush etc. M.S. Box Pipe 2″x1″ and M.S. Angle of size 40x40x5mm Flooring Floor panel integrated with squatting pan, footrest and skirting will be FRP molded. Biodigester Tank: Inbuilt FRP moulded approx. 1000ltr. Capacity for longer life with bio-cord assembly, Anaerobic bacteria with Ekogea Bio-additives. Water Tank PVC TL Water Tank of Capacity 1000 ltrs. will be provided. Toeing Arrangement : Shall be fabricated by using M.S Channel of size 100mmx50mm. Thrust bearing, bearing holder and toeing hook with spring etc. and other necessary fittings. Suspension: Consisting of two nos. M.S. square axles with taper roller bearings 32213-8 Nos. Hub, road spring and 04 Retreated tyres with tubes and flaps of 750×16 with other necessary fittings. Washbasin 2 Nos. FRP Washbasin, two looking mirrors, two towel road provided on Rear Side. Disposal: For Disposal of Sludge 110mm gate valve with hose nipple and 100mm flexible pipe of Maximum 20′ length provided. Electric Point : One point in each toilet cabin with controlling of M.C.B. on each side ladies / Gents. G.I. Fittings : Every toilet cabin with water connection of 15mm dia G.I. Pipe and other fitting. Connection: Connection of each toilet with 110mm dia PVC Pipe / FRP Pipe with P-Trap and other fitting and one connection of waste gas pipe. Tool Box. One toll box cabin of Size 6’x36′ approx. shall be provided.
