Civil Works Providing, laying and fixing of self adhesive composite biaxial glass fibre geogrid of 100 KN/M tensile strength as Asphalt reinforcement of High modulus fibre glass of mesh size not exceeding 12.5mm * 12.5mm (Maccaferri or equivalent make). The grid shall be pressed down fully with a rubber tired roller and glued to pavement surface. The Longitudinal overlap should not be less than 150 mm and transverse overlap i.e. at the end of the roll should not be less than 250 mm. Over self adhesive glass fibre reinforcement, stress absorbing membrance inter layer (SAMI) shall be provided which shall comprise of a membrance of hot sprayed bitumen VG30 grade (supplied in BULK) @ 1.4kg/sqm and then treated with approximately 7.5 kg/sqm stone aggregate of 6 to 10 mm size. The stones will be spread in such a manner that 50% of the surface is covered. The item should be completed in all respect to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Bituminous Macadam(DBM) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as speoified and cement filler of quality as specifled and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG -30 bitumen of grade shall be taken as 110 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2 % cement by weight of aggregates as filler material.

Providing and applying tack coat using Bitumen Emulsion(Rapid Setting) complying with IS:8887, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit at the rate specified below, cleaning and preparing the existing pavement surface as per specifications complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. If the actual quantity of bitumen varies from the quantity specified, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of bitumen exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment. 0.20kg/ Sqm on existing bituminous surface.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or any other area for lead upto 2 km for all lifts, complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
Providing and laying Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) produced in a batching & mixing plant having a Characteristic flexural strength i.e. minimum flexural strength of 4.1 MPa at 28 days using 360 Kg of Ordinary Portland cement of 43/53 grade, super plasticizer by mass of cement, fine aggregate, graded stone aggregates of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per specification and job mix formula, laid in panels as per drawings/design as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge using slip form paver or fixed form paver, screed, float finish, texture etc. including anti friction layer, joint filler board, making necessary provision for expansion, construction, dummy joints, including filling with polysulphide sealant of approved make, curing, making profile etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and particular specifications. The item for execution shall also include the following operations: i) polyethylene sheet ( Black in color) of thickness 400 micron conforming to IS: 2508 with 6mm thick fine sand layer. ii)Providing and laying in position for expansion joint, 25mm thick pre-cut Synthenic joint filler board of approved make conforming to IS:1838 (part-3)-2011, 45 mm from top (to be removed at the time of filling of Polysulphide sealant). iii) Mechanically cuttig dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness of slab which is subsequently widened to 10mm for the top 25mm depth and construction joints 10mm wide X 25mm deep as per specification. iv) Providing and filling in position Polysulphide sealant of approved make conforming to BS-5212-1900 or IS:11433-1995 in expansion/ Construction/ dummy joints including rounding off edges, applying two coats approved primer compatible with the brand of Polysulphide and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after application of Sealant etc. as per the details below: (a) Expansion Joints of size 25mm wide and 10mm deep over 30mm dia expanded closed-cell polyethylene foam back-up/backer rod of minimum density 22 Kg/Cum, as per manufacture's specifications. (b) Construction joints of size 10mm wide and 10mm wide deep over 12 mm dia expanded closed -cell Ploythylene foam back-up/ backer rod of minimum density 22 kg/Cum, as per manufacturer's specification. (c) Dummy Joints of size 10mm wide and 10 mm deep over 12 mm dia expanded closed-cell Polythylene foam back-up/ backer rod of minimum density 22 Kg/Cum,as per manufacturer's specifications . Note: Cement content considered in this item is @ 360 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
Electrical Works Supply & fixing of Cl collar round type of outside dia 330 mm of 100mm height made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round except on top surface which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and existing Cl transformer housing box at the bottom. The CI coller shall have a clear opening of 220 mm at the top and bottom surface and 6 nos M-10 tapped holes at the hole centre of 260 mm at top and bottom to fix the collar on the existing Cl box including providing 6 nos. M-10 bolts (SS, and a base plate gasket for each collar etc. complete as per site requirement.
