RequiredThe Bidder shall be in existence for the last 3 years. (Documents in proof shall be uploaded).
RequiredThe Bidder should have supplied similar IT materials earlier for State/Central Govts or Nationalized banks or other Govt. Sectors. (Documents in proof shall be uploaded).
RequiredThe Bidder/Consortium Member should give a Declaration that the Bidder/Consortium Member has not been debarred/blacklisted from last 3 years by any Central or State Govt./Quasi Govt. Departments or Organizations for non-satisfactory past performance, corrupt, fraudulent or any other unethical business practices as per Annexure-4. (Signed and stamped copy of Annexure-4 shall be uploaded).
RequiredOnly the authorized dealer or Manufacturer is allowed to participate in the bid. The bidder other than OEM shall provide Tender Specific manufacturer authorization letter as per Annexure-05.
RequiredAnnual turnover should not be less than Rs. 28 Lakhs in atleast three out of last four financial years (F.Y. 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) as per Annexure-08 (Filled in Annexure-08 along with balance sheets shall be 6 uploaded).
