Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation and getting out.in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2.00 above but beyond 1.5m depth and upto 3m depth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type C2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-30 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in footing, foundation of raft complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-30 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors and roof etc and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-30 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in wall, retaining wall, ballast wall, basement wall etc and the like any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in pre-cast cover slabs/GT cover slab of any thickness, size or shape including all necessary form work , finishing concrete surface fair & even and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm diameter complete all as specified and directed.
