Isolation of the 250 kVA transformer from HT side by means of dropping the link set, discharging the HT cable, disconnecting the LT cable from bush rods lowering of transformer from bed at Vighbal-I LIS, loading in private vehicle carrying upto workshop unloading it for necessary repairs at workshop.

Opening the lid of transformer and draining the carbonized T-Oil discarding the LT/HT connections from LT/HT rods, taking out the assembly from tank. The job includes dismantling of core assembly and coils as well checking the damages.

Providing & fitting of fresh HT coils in appropriate size of copper wire as per sample. The job includes providing & fitting of insulating material like HT paper, lathered, cotton tape, sleeves, varnishing of the coils etc.

Providing & fitting of insulation material such as separators, core sheets, card boards Bakelite tubes sleeves nuts and bolts connecting bars etc.

Topping of the transformer by providing & filling fresh T-Oil.

Filtration of the existing T-Oil.

Reassembling of transformer by way of fitment of HT coils, core after proper cleaning, clamping channels, nuts/bolts heat treatment of the assembled transformer, fitting of top transformer lid and testing on No load at workshop. Loading of the transformer in a private load carrier through skilled labourers by using tools and tackles at site and unloading and testing on full load.

Replacement of damaged contact points to 60Hp Start delta manually operated starter both fixed and movable as per sample by means of p/f of new contact points(moving 10No. and fixed 5 No.). The job is to be carried out at site. The job includes p/f of 95ampere copper thimbles 10 No. to the various terminals of 19/0.064 copper conductor by means of crimping using crimping tool at site.

P/F of Tc-018/016 rubber tyres for pumping units of Vighbal-I LIS

P/F of 300mm dia RI cloth washers for various joints of Unit I & II of Vighbal –I in order to accommodate the extended pipe parts due continuous receding level of water in River Jehlum.

Welding works to the base frames unit I & II of Vighbal-I by means of gas cutting and welding using superior quality electrodes and shall be reinforced by means of ISA 50x50x5 angle iron wherever necessary. All tools and tackles like genset, gas cutting tool etc have to be arranged by the firm on its own.

Deduction cost of old scrap as 80% of weight of coil or as per actual
