The Tenderer should have successfully provided manpower services or similar services for any Central/State Govt./Semi Govt./PSU during the last three Financial Years (Financial Years 2023-24 to 2025-26) preceding the last date for submission of Tenders such that the minimum manpower deployed are not less than 92 persons in any one year.

Satisfactorily completed, at least one similar Contract of Providing Man power of value not less than Rs. 153.00 Lakhs as prime contractor in any one year of last 3 years (2023-24 to 2025-26). (Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government/ Central Government /State or Central undertaking boards / Urban local bodies)

The Tenderer should have Average Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 305.00 lakhs (Rupees Three Hundred and Five Lakhs Only) in last three completed financial Years preceding the last date for submission of Tenders (i.e. Financial Years 2023-24 to 2025-26)

Labour Department Registration Certificate: Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the Karnataka labour department. (Mandatory)

Provident fund (PF) Registration Certificate: (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

ESI Registration Certificate: (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)

GST Registration Certificate: (Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities)
