Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder should submit EMD amount (2.5 of the bid amount)

The bidder should have IT returns for last three Financial years (i.e.,2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24)

The bidder should have Audit report with profit & Loss account & balance sheet (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24) should be certified by chartered accountant with UDIN number

The bidder should have minimum annual turnover equal to the bid amount in any one of the last three financial yers (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23 2023-24) Certified by chartered accountant with UDIN number

The bidder should have experience in supply of similar items for 50% of the bid quantity to central / state govt / institutes / organizations in any one year of the last three years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23 2023-24) and should submit work experience certificate and supply order copy

The bidder should have valid PAN Number

The bidder should not be black listed in any Govt / institutions / organisations for which a Notarized Affidavit on Rs.100/- e-stamp should be submitted

The PDO has right to accept or reject bid at any statge of the bidding

The PDO has right to amend bid at any state of the bidding.

The sucessful bidder has to submit 5% security deposit.

The bidder should submit all the above original documents at the time of bid technical verification

Any other documents as mentioned in the tender document

The Bidder Should Submit the Sample to Gram Panchayat and should attach the Sample letter from PDO
