Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm complete in all respect with in all leads lifts complete and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.complete in all respect with in all leads lifts complete and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. including all leads lifts and carriage of materila at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china battery based infrared sensor operated urinal of approx. size 610 x 390 x 370 mm having pre & post flushing with water (250 ml & 500 ml consumption), having water inlet from back side,including fixing to wall with suitable brackets all as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying gang saw cut 30 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles size (300mm x 300mm)conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineerin- Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

20mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick /stone masonary for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80-mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6app.sand) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

P/F panneled glazzed or panneled and glazed shutteres of deodar 2nd class wood for doors,windows including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
