Bulk or full order will be placed on manufacturers or their authorized agents who are registered with the Railways for the tendered item, OR have successfully supplied (here, "supply" includes supply, the tendered or similar item to Zonal Railways, Production Units (PUs), CORE, PSUs, other Government Departments, or Public Listed Companies in the last five financial years and the current financial year up to the date of tender opening. This includes supplies made with any revision in specification/drawing or of different sizes. Additionally, bidders who have carried out modified fabrication work on automobiles such as trucks, tractors, cranes, etc., may also be considered eligible. Supporting documents as proof of credentials must be submitted by the bidder along with their offer. The onus of proving successful supply within the stipulated time frame lies entirely on the bidder. Offers quoting credential orders without valid proof of supply are liable to be ignored.

Micro and Small Enterprises firms In order to avail themselves of benefits and preferential treatments, the MSEs must be registered with any of the following: - (a) UDYAM (UDYAM Registration Certificate). (b) Udyog Aadhar Memorandum (Note :- Terminal date for consideration of this certificate was till 30.06.2022 or as extended by Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises from time to time.

Catalogue of the offered product may be attached along with submitted bid for better appreciation of offered product.

All the bidders/tenders should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure/rates are as per GST Law. In case the successful tenderer is not liable to be registered under CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGSTAct, The railway shall deduct the applicable GST from his/their bills under reverse charge mechanism (RCM) and deposit the same to the concerned tax authority.

EMD & SD Condition: As per Clause 3.0(Section 1) & 12(Section 2) respectively of the SBD NWR appended with this tender.
