   Bulk quantity order will be placed only on manufacturer or their authorized dealer/agent of the make mentioned in the tender item description i.e. of make M/S Dow Chemical for DC 3-0100 RTV Silicone and M/S Henkel for Loctite 5910.

The firm on which PO will be placed, if fails to supply goods as per the contract as amended time to time the purchaser shall have right to levy damages as General Damages (GD) from the supplier for failing to comply with contractual conditions by way of penalty of 5% order value.
