Material and labour for rectify the leaking joints of 100mm dia bore GI tubing by applying gas/ electric arc welding on both sides of socket/ flange/ union or any other portion of pipe to stop the leakage by arranging gas/ electric arc welding set at site of work on hill slopes/ plain area and testing on completion including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches in hard/ dense soil, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil in trenches including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in 25mm thick layer complete all as specified and as specified and as directed by Enge-in-charge.

Removing excavated soil not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix in replacement cast iron sluice valve 150 mm dia, flanged ends,stem (spindle) of SS (forged) and check nut of gun Metal, PN rating 1.6,working parts conforming to IS :14846, and flanged ends having drilling as per IS:1538 including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement Gun Metal gate valve with Iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI steel tubing 50mm dia including taking down unserviceable valves complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply fix in replacement 25 mm dia bore PTMT ball valve, high pressure, with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed.

Disconnecting / taking down carefully 3 HP electric motor & pump set from existing position dismantling overhauling & cleaning thorughly oiling, greasing and rectifying minor defects, replacing nuts/bolts, rubber gasket, seal any type, bearings, impellers and compleate insulating with proper varnishing and reassembling duly connected with new PVC coppper conductor cable of existing size,testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement V-belt for air blower of suitable size as existing for 3 HP capacity motor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Disconnecting / taking down carefully 5 HP submersible pump & motor from existing position dismantling overhauling & cleaning thorughly oiling, greasing and rectifying minor defects, replacing nuts/bolts, rubber gasket, seal any type, bearings, impellers and compleate insulating with proper varnishing and reassembling duly connected with new PVC coppper conductor cable of existing size,testing complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks by removing of scale and dirt etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc of capacity exceeding of 250 ltr but not exceeding 500 ltr complete all as specified and directed. Note- Date of cleaning shall be mentioned on tank with synthetic enamel paint and cost of same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by tenderer

Cleaning of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks by removing of scale and dirt etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc of capacity exceeding of 500 ltr but not exceeding 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed. Note- Date of cleaning shall be mentioned on tank with synthetic enamel paint and cost of same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by tenderer

Cleaning of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks by removing of scale and dirt etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc of capacity not exceeding 2000 ltr complete all as specified and directed. Note- Date of cleaning shall be mentioned on tank with synthetic enamel paint and cost of same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by tenderer

Cleaning of RCC semi U/G water storage tanks of capacity 50000 Glns by removing of dumped sand,silt,debris and dirt any other foreign materials present in tanks/ walls and scrubbing out the floor etc from tank and clean the ventilating system, make outer surface and white wash with existing colour complete all as specified and directed. Note-1.Date of cleaning shall be mentioned on tank with synthetic enamel paint and cost of same shall be deemed inclusive in quoted unit rate. 2. All tools and materials for cleaning the tank should be arranged by contractor.

Cleaning of RCC semi U/G water storage tanks of capacity 10000 Glns by removing of dumped sand,silt,debris and dirt any other foreign materials present in tanks/ walls and scrubbing out the floor etc from tank and clean the ventilating system, make outer surface white wash with existing colour for white wash complete all as specified and directed. Note-1.Date of cleaning shall be mentioned on tank with synthetic enamel paint and cost of same shall be deemed inclusive in quoted unit rate. 2. All tools and materials for cleaning the tank should be arranged by contractor.

M & L for taking out and Cleaning of BAR screen chamber/Oil and grease Trap/ Equvalisation tank/MBBR Tank/ Flocculator Tank/ Tube Settler Tank/ Chlorine contact tank/ Filter Feed Tank/ Treated water Tank, dewatering and degging out sluge, mud state and removing sludge to a distance exc. 250m and n exc. 500m and disposed off as directed by Engr-in-charge Note-(i) Rates are deemed include for Transportation & labour charges from STP to low laying area as directed (ii) Size of tank upto water level shall be measured.

Taking out 150mm dia sluice valves and re-facing, regrinding replacing stuffing boxes of sluice valve spindle and gland plate replacement of gasket, nuts, bolts, washers and reassembling in existing state including excavation and earth work and making the disturbed surface as per existing surface after making the sluice valve serviceable to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
