PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE OF LIFTS INCLUDING REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE PARTS OF LIFTS AT INS KARNA

Periodical maintenance / repairs of electrically operated passenger / goods lifts (01 No. of 13 passenger (Make: Excel elevator) and 01 No. of 08 Passenger (Make: Thyssenkrupp) and including carrying out periodical checks, repairs to ensure smooth / safe and efficient operation as recommended by manufacturers and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes: The quoted rate is deemed to be included for the following :- (i) The contractor shall enter into the MOU with OEM for maintenance and repairs of the above work at site. (ii) The unit rate shall deemed to include the cost of the consumables and minor parts which are require for smooth maint of lift. (iii) Periodical maitenance shall be deemed to include all repairs / replacement of worn out / defective minor parts.

(iv) Servicing / overhauling the lift at regular/specified intervals and including checking of all electrical connections. (v) Servicing the motor and gears, bearings with approvd make lubricants. (vi) Supply only spares will be measured and paid seperately (vii) Spares of approved make suitable for the existing make.

Supply only main controller transformer primary secondary 110 AC 500 V of approved make.

Supply only floor relay oscilator switch optical type working on 12/24 V DC of approved make.

Supply only brake coil 110 V DC / 230 / 270 V DC of approved make.

Supply only auxilary contactor with coil 60 Amps, power contactor with 4 NO + 4 NC with 230 V AC Coil of approved make.

Supply only limit switch for door drive control of approved make.

Supply only main contactor with coil, 60 Amps, power contactor with 2 NO + 2 NC aux contacts and with 230 V AC Coil of approved make.

Supply only limit switches protective device to stop lift at terminal floors during over travel of approved make.

Supply only break protective device to lock / doors mechanically of approved make.

Supply only reed switch shaft signals from car to controller of approved make.

Supply only coupler RH / coupler LH car and landing doors engagement of approved make.

Supply only 1 change over relay with 24 volts DC Coil of approved make.

Supply only automatic rescue device (ARD) Control panel of approved make.

Supply only variable voltage variablefFreequency drive suitable for lift and including feeding necessary parameters of approved make.

Supply only gear box with phosphorus bronze worm wheel and stainless steel worm shaft housed in cast iron housing with suitable bearings for worm wheel and worm shaft. The gear box shall be oil cooled with glass inspection window to inspect the oil level in the gear box with necessary key to lock the flange of approved make.

Supply only gear oil SERVO 320

Supply only roller for car & landing header of approved make.

Supply only power contactor 32 Amps with 24 V DC Coil of approved make.
