Manning and Operation around the clock in day and night (i.e. 24 Hours in three shifts each shift of 8 hours) for central AC plants of capacity 24 TR (12 X 03 TR one is stand by) dx type at Mag-21 ASD area with deputing one skilled person in each shift for the operation and general maintenance including responsibility for cleaning of installation and surrounding along with the following plants / equipments :- (i) 12 TR capacity each condensing unit complete comprising with 11/15 KW/HP Induction motor, Refrigeration compressor of 12 TR capacity condenser 12TR capacity including LT panel starter 03 sets (ii) Condenser water circulating mono block pump set electric motor of 5 HP capacity including LT panel starter - 02 Sets (iii) Air Handling unit complete of 6000 CFM with electric motor of 5 HP capacity including LT panel starter - 01 No (iv) Cooling tower of capacity 24 TR with CT fan motor of 2 HP capacity including LT Panel starter-01 No. (v) Cooling tower make up water tank mono block pump having 1 HP capacity including starter-01 No. (vi) Main control panel having incoming MCCB 200 Amp capacity and having 6KW& 3KW - 02Nos. Heaters Bank complete with starters -01 No. (vii) 63 KVA DG Set

-ditto- all as per item No. 1 above but (for 16 hrs i.e., two shifts of 8 hrs from 0600 hrs to 2200 hrs excluding Sunday and holiday) for complete Package type AC Plant of capacity 6 to 22 TR (Total 14 Nos) at New COD,Telephone Exchange COD/506 comprising of all connected items of various capacities such as condensing unit, compressor unit, Air handling unit, LT control panel etc

-Ditto - all as per item No 1 above but (for 16 hrs i.e., two shifts of 8 hrs from 0600 hrs to 2200 hrs excluding Sunday and holiday) for evaporative cooling/ humiditification plant comprising two number blower fan, 02 Nos strip heater bank, pipe line valves ,electric panel Auto transformer starter - 02 Nos (range 20-32A) ,fan motor - 02 Nos , motor pump 10Hp - 02 Nos,mono block pump 5Hp ,measuring static mains instruments and ducting completed at rubber goods shed Bld No E-50 COD/506 area.

Manning and Operation (for 16 Hours in two shifts each shift of 8 hours from 0600 hrs to 2200 hrs excluding Sunday and holiday) for central AC plants of capacity 56TR (2 X 28 TR ) Baforse AC Plant 506 ABW area with deputing one skilled person in each shift for the operation and general maintenance including responsibility for cleaning of installation and surrounding along with the following plants / equipments :- (i) 28 TR capacity each condensing unit complete comprising with 11/15 KW/HP Induction motor, Refrigeration compressor of 28 TR capacity condenser 28TR capacity including LT panel starter 03 sets (ii) Condenser water circulating mono block pump set electric motor of 5 HP capacity including LT panel starter - 02 Sets (iii) Air Handling unit complete of 6000 CFM with electric motor of 5 HP capacity including LT panel starter - 01 No (iv) Cooling tower of capacity 56 TR with CT fan motor of 2 HP capacity including LT Panel starter-01 No. (v) Cooling tower make up water tank mono block pump having 1 HP capacity including starter-01 No. (vi) Main control panel having incoming MCCB 200 Amp capacity and having 6KW& 3KW - 02Nos. Heaters Bank complete with starters -01 No.

S&F in R-22 Refrigerant gas also vaccum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2) is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of U/S contactors type ML2/ML1.5/ML.1.0 Make :L&T /C&S/ABB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of U/S contactors type ML3 Make :L&T /C&S /ABB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of U/S ML 2/ML 3 relay range 28-42 A /20-32 A Make L&T/Schneider/ABB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of U/S ML 1.5 /ML1.0 relays range 14-16/4-6.5 A Make L&T/Schneider/ABB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of U/S electronic timers / GT-100 /MPR -500/SPP 240/360/415V, 50Hz range 3-10,9-30 , 30 -120 sec make :L&T /ABB /C & S complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of U/S Volt meter / Ampere meter as suitable existing approx CT ratio-100/5 & 30/5 make L&T/Schneider/ABB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of U/S toggle switch 16AMP : Make : L&T /C&S/ABB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of U/S indicator lamp (green , red , yellow ) 220V 50Hz MAKE : L&T /C&S/ABB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of U/S ON/OFF push button make L&T /C&S/ABB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note :- Schedule of Credit amounting to Rs. 472.00 to be deducted during AOC

Note for Srl item No 1, 2, 3 & 4 :- (i) Replacement of minor parts such as Flare nuts, LT cable joints with suitable size lugs, pump glands etc are contractor’s responsibility complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Contractor is responsible to maintain adequate temperature between 18o C to 22o C & relative humidity between 45% to 55% and daily checking of electric connections of all components, refrigerant gas leakage, checking of complete AC plant & checking of LP, HP & Oil pressure. (iii) One shift shall be 8 hrs. (iv) Timings/locations of shift can be changed as per user's requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (v) The contractor shall be employed the personal proper trade duly ITI qualified having min 04 years of experience. Contractorshall be produced all qualification & experience certificates, photos and police verification of all Ref Mech before commencement of this contract shall be produced to Engr-in-Charge. After verification & satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Ref Mech shall deployed to E&M installations.

(vi) It is the responsibility of AGE/JE to ensure that attendance register is maintained at all the installation duly signed kept on record and payment of trade men for the Nos of days present will only be made. Contractor shall provide proper dress to tradesmen as approved by Eng-in-Charge and during duty hours all tradesmen shall be in proper uniform otherwise necessary recovery @ double the quoted rate for per shift shall be made from his dues.

(vii) In case the contractor does not operate the AC Plant for a shift or part thereof due to any reason whatsoever double of the quoted rate to each shift will be recovered.

(viii) Leave of deployed person in inescapable cases shall be allowed on prior intimation but Contractor on demand of Engineer-in-Charge, shall arrange alternate arrangment. Payment shall not be allowed for leave period.

(ix) In no case wages of deployed persons shall be less than the Minimum wages fixed by Govt Competent Authority. It is mandatory requirement for Contractor that payment of deployed person shall be made through Cheque/RTGS/Acceptable Electronic Mode only. Proof of payment shall be submitted by Contractor to Engineer in Charge monthaly basis or during claiming on account of Advance (RAR)/FB.

(x) The Employees Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions (EPF & MP) Act, 1952. shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor. Social Security to workers i.e. EPF, ESIC, Personal Insurance(if applicable) on part of Employer shall be paid by Contractor and accordingly, Contractor/Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate.

(xi) Statuatory levies/GST if applicable on part of contracts shall be paid by Contractor and accordingly, Contractor/Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate.

(xii) Deployed person shall report daily to JE/Engineer in charge or nominated officers by Accepting Officer for their attendence & obtain instructions. An attendence register shall be maintained by Contractor on site shall be certified by MES rep every day.

(xiii) T&P - Working Tools/plants, protective cloths, communication & conveyance arrangments shall be provided by Contractor at his own cost.

(xiv) Retrieved materials obtained from replacement by new items shall be deposited in MES store.

(xv) An uniform of blue shirt/jersy duly embossed "MES OUTSOURCING SERVICES" at back and name plate of the person on front left shall be provided by contractor to all workers at his own cost.

(xvi) Documentation - Attendance register & wages register,Daily work register as per the format provided by the Deptt. shall be prepared & maintained at his own cost.

(xvii) Contractor shall be made security pass for all operators and maintain proper register duly signed by all concerned

(xviii) Statuatory levies/GST if applicable on part of contracts shall be paid by Contractor and accordingly, Contractor/Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate.

(xix) The contractor shall arrange introductory meeting of tradesmen/personnels proposed to be employed with GE prior to finalise their employment to as certain their biodata, skill in the respective trade and final aprroval shall rest with GE. Similarly removal of service of any employed personel shall also be with the consent of GE.

(xx) All tradesman employed shall be insured by the contractor at his cost for the whole contract period from the date of commencemnt for any accident during the service hours.

(xxi) If quoted rates are less than minimum fair wages inclusive of GST, EPF, ESIC as applicable the bid shall be treated as non-bonafide and will be rejected. No objection/claim in this regard will be accepted
