Demolition below G.L. upto 1.5 mtr depth and disposal of unserviceable material within 20m lead.Un-reinforced cement concrete more than 15cm thick.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc.stacking the serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 20 m lead.G.I. Sheet roofing

Dismantling steel work upto span of 10 metres and height of 5 metres built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, beadings etc. and stacking the materials within 20 metres lead. including dismembering

Carriage of dismantled CGI sheets, steel angle etc from Power House to colony at Darini including loading & Unloading

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated. Pick work/jumper work.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in wire crate apron bund (wire crates to be measured separately).

a) Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. On Labour Rate

a) Providing corrugated G.I sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron J.or L. hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins refters and trusses.0.63 mm thick sheet.On Labour Rate

b) On Through Rate

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work. in foundation & plinth

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete. Readymixed priming paint brushing red lead,red oxide / zinc oxide chrome.

Painting two or more coat (excluding priming coat) on G.I. Sheets with ready mixed paint of approved brandand manufacture on new work to give an even shade. Green shade
