Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of kppp portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27.7.2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund.

The Item Rate quoted shall include the Royalty Charges on construction materials and other taxes as per prevailing Government Orders.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The Tenderer shall obtain the workdone certificate in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District Level Officer) and scan the Original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Certificate/Certificates shall be produced at the time of opening of technical Bids for physical verification.

The Employer reserves the right to Reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.

Tenderer shall note that the Tenders of those found Eligible as mentioned in Clause 3 - Qualification of the Tenderer in Section 2 : Instructions to Tenderers (ITT), will only be considered for evaluation.

The bidder should mention the UDIN No on the turnover certificate, failing which bid is rejected.

If the bidder uploaded the false document while participating in the tender, the bidder will be responsible and action will be initiated as per the tender clause.

The work should be completed in 06 (SIX) Months ( including monsoon.

The KPWD Code, KTTP Act/Rules ,Delegation of Powers and other Government Orders issued by the Government from time to time will apply.

All the specifications in the commercial bid format please be read as with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

All materials required for this work shall be procured by the bidder himself and should got tested by the competent authorities at his own cost before use on the work

If the office happens to be closed on the dates notifed, next working day will holds good.

Contractor should follow strictly the prevailing rules of labour act and applicable any other law as concerned to work. In case of any mishap accidents are cause of death it is the duty of thecontractor to settle the dispute at is own cost. In no way department is held responsible.

All necessary arrangements shall be made and precaution taken to prevent completely or partially, damage to the structure or labours / employees during construction period. (As per recent Labour Act) Contractor shall be fully responsible for any damage to the structure during the construction and maintenance period. Any damage caused due to any reasons shall berectifed / replaced at his own cost as per the direction of Engineer incharge. Nothing shall be payable by the Department on account of inclusiveof all such arrangements/ precautions work needed

Liquid Damages(LD) 0.01% per week and max 10% as per KTTP Act

The tenderer shall furnish required information in all prescribed formats.Scan & upload all the original documents/Formats required for this portal bid to the KPP

The vendor for supply of Electronic items and all other such items should ensure about the quality of the product and provide warrenty before installation of the same maintenance of product should be as per manufature instruction service manual,

Supply vendor credentials and QAP shall be got approved from the competent authority before procurement of items

The rates quoted for every item by the agency should be exclusive of GST. GST will be paid separately to the quoted amount w.r.t the supply items only, as applicable However, it is to be noted that GST amount as 18% is kept as an item in the estimate as there is no provision for Lumpsum in the Goods Indent.

The Tenderer should produce one sample of each Items being offered, meeting the specification mentioned in the tender document, and get confirmation issued by the AEE, PWD, Linagasugur, The submitted samples will be also later verified by The QA PWD Raichur

The Vendor Credentials shall be got approved from competent authority before placing the order for supply.

The Vendorer for supply of Items Should ensure the quality of the Product and provide a warranty before Installation/Supply.

The Vender shall provide the services as per the user mannual of the product,All items specifications should be as per the Approved Specifications Only and the Agency should submit the copy of Purchase bill and Warranty Card to the procuring/User Department.

If the Tenderer is manufacturer who must have manufactured tested and supplied the equipments similar to the type specifed in the Schedule of requirements upto at atleast 160.00 lakhs Lab equipment supply work (usually not less than 80% of requirement, However it will be 80.00 Lakhs lab equipmentsupply work which is 40% with respect to Micro and small enterprises)of the quantity required in any of the last three years(2 years for micro and small enterprises). The equipments offred for supply must be of the most recent Series, Models incorporating the latest improvements in designs. The model should have be relesed on or after ........( indicate the year of the model as appropriate) and be in satisfactory operation for ......(sepecify and appropriate period) months as on date of tender Opening
