Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/ Plinth Protection complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing 25mm thick Plain cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring finished surfaces rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing 75mm thick Plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring finished surfaces even and rough to receive the flooring etc without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall filing including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequrred cement concrete tiles 30cm x30cm x25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat in grey cement slurry with pigment in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 bedded and jointed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc of size 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square /rectangular ) matching shade with item No 8.00 here-in-before set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match as in skirting over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as backing coat, even and fair to receive tiles etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished (doubly charged), as in skirting, dado etc with matching to item No 14.00 here-in-before set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as backing coat, even and fair to receive tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F (in repair) SS tubular towel rail 20mm dia 60cm long with fancy type brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm & nexc 2 Sqm and easing, adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required and renewal of unserviceable screws and refixing in the same opening incl painting touch up to match with the existing colour complete all as specified and directed.
