PART-I:- Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., fixed in repair complete all as specified. (each line wire to be measured)

Supply Only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified.

M&L for branch cutting of tree of diameter size upto 60cm including thick branches various size with this span with proper arrangement of cutting tools, safety equipment and proper deposition of this branches apart from 100m of water supply installation at main water reservoir and BP tanks of yol cantt, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as support of main line from Ekko Khad intake point to main water reservoir and for LT panel mounting plinth including entire camp area, complete all as specified Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair of water channel, plinth and broken of tiles in the surround area of water supply installation at main water reservoir and all BP tanks, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only best quality bleaching powder grade 'A' ISI marked for water treatment purppose complete all as specified and directed . Make:- DCM Shree Ram / Declibac Technologies / Shre Rayaseema or as approved by MES.

Supply only Best quality AQUA FIT (Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment, more stable than chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder) in 45Kg packing plastic drum. Make:- Declibac/Purichlor or equivlant in makes as approved by MES.

Supply only Lead Wool for water supply pipe line joint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only spun yarn for leakage control of any size of pipe line.

Repair with opening taking out carefully using chainpully of 5.0 Ton for the submersible pump & Motor 10HP, 415V, 3Phase, 50Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note: Unserviceable spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately.

(i) S&F in repair/replacement of impeller PUC type with gaskit and thrust washer & stage at uses site and complete testing.

(ii) Rewinding of motor with super enamel copper wire with existing gauge, turns, providing sleeve, varnishing with 'E' class insulation varnish including cutting and taking out existing burnt out winding, cleaning complete including testing after rewinding copper at user site and complete testing.

(iii) S&F in Repair/replacement of Star Delta starter for pump motor 15.0 HP capacity at user site and complete testing. (Make: L&T/Havells/Standard)

(iv) S&F in replacement of pump coupler at user site and complete testing.

(v) S&F in replacement of thrust washer at user site and complete testing.

(vi) Complete reassembling & testing of submersible pump with motor and reconnecting with GI pipe 100mm dia.

(vii) Replacement of CI flange with gaskit 100mm dia with nut, bolts and washer complete.

Repair with opening taking out carefully submersible pump & Motor 5HP, 415V, 3Phase, 50Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note: Unserviceable spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately.

(i) S&F in repair/replacement of motor impeller 100mm long bore dia 20mm with gaskit and thrust washer (as per existing size) & stage at uses site and complete testing.

(ii) S&F in repair/replacement of pump bearing 6207, 6208 at uses site and complete testing.

(iii) S&F in replacement of water sheal for water leakage at user site and complete testing.

(iv) S&F in replacement of bush 100mm long and dia 20mm for pump motor at user site and complete testing.

(v) S&F in replacement of motor fan, outer dia 100mm and bore dia 20mm at user site and complete testing.

(vi) Rewinding of motor with super enamel copper wire with existing gauge, turns, providing sleeve, varnishing with 'E' class insulation varnish including cutting and taking out existing burnt out winding, cleaning complete including testing after rewinding copper at user site and complete testing.

(vii) Greasing and servicing of submersibe motor 5HP and centrifugal multistage pumping at user site and complete testing.

(viii) S&F in replacement of single phase preventor system supply 3 phase, 415V, AC with existing specification at user site and complete testing.

(ix) S&F in replacement of MCCBs TP 63A, 415V (Make:- L&T/Havells/Standard) at user site and complete testing.

(x) S&F in Repair/replacement of Star Delta starter for pump motor 5 HP capacity at user site and complete testing. (Make: L&T/Havells/Standard)

(xi) S&F in replacement of 4.00 sqmm multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade PVC insulated unsheathed cable 3 core with PVC concealed conduit 20mm dia and providing proper connection from star delta starter to pump motor 5HP capacity at user site and complete testing.

(xii) Replacement of gaskit suitable for 80mm dia pipe line with 4 Nos nut, bolts and washer complete as per existing size.

(xiii) Complete reassembling and testing of submersible pump and motor 5HP and reconnecting with GI pipe of 40mm dia medium grade.

Opening, dismantling and taking out of unserviceable self priming monoblock pump 0.5/1.00/2.00HP assembly complete with motor and replacement of undermentioned unserviceable parts, complete all as specified and directed.

(i) Opening, dismantling and taking out of unsv burnt motor of self priming monoblock pump 0.5 HP, 220 Volts, single phase and transporting to motor rewinding shop for rewinding using super enameled varnished winding copper wire of same guage including insulation, fire proof sleeves and ball bearing -02 Nos and reinstallation at same position/location and complete, testing on user site complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Opening, dismantling, taking out and replacement of unsv implaler roter of self priming monoblock pump 0.5 HP, 220 Volts, single phase and reinstallation at same position with testing complete, all as specified and directed.

(iii) Opening, dismantling, taking out and replacement of unsv automatic pressure control assy of self priming monoblock pump 0.5 HP, 220 Volts, single phase and reinstallation at same position with testing complete all as specified and directed.

(iv) Supply and laying in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4.0 sqmm/2-core nominal cross section in service connections, complete all as specified and directed.

(v) Taking up or down steel tubing and connection of size 15mm dia.

(vi) S & F GI tubing, medium grade with all fittings and fixed of size nominal bore 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

(vi) S & F in replacement stop valve of bore 15mm, screwd down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle,screwed bith ends for iron pipe or for unions, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair with opening and taking out carefully of Monoblock Pump & Motor 5.0 HP, 415V, 3 Phase, 50Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

(i) Opening, taking out and S&F in replacement of motor Impaller 100mm long bore dia 20mm with gaskit and thrust washer (as per existing size) & stage at user site and complete testing.

(ii) Opening, taking out and S&F in replacement of pump bearing 6207, 6208 at user site and complete testing.

(iii) Opening, taking out and S&F in replacement of water sheal for water leakage at user site and complete testing.

(iv) Opening, taking out and S&F in replacement of bush 100mm long & 20mm for pump motor at user site and complete testing.

(v) Opening, taking out and S&F in replacement of motor fan, outer dia 100mm & bore dia 20mm at user site and complete testing.

(vi) Opening, taking out and rewinding of motor with super enamel copper wire with existing gauge, turns, providing sleeve, varnishing with 'E' class insulation varnish including cutting and taking out existing burnt out winding, cleaning complete including testing after rewinding copper at user site and complete testing.

(vii) Greasing and servicing of monoblock motor 5.0HP and centrifugal multistage pumping at user site and complete testing.

(Viii) Opening, taking out and S&F in replacement of sigle phase preventor system supply 3 phase, 415Volt, AC with esising spacification at user site and complete testing.

(ix) Opening, taking out and S&F in replacement of MCCBs TP 63A, 415V at user site and complete testing. (Make: L&T/Havells/Standard).

(x) Opening, taking out and S&F in replacement of Star Delta starter for pump motor 5.0 HP capacity at user site and complete testing. (Make: L&T/Havells/Standard).

(xi) Opening, taking out and S&F in replacement of 4.00 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated unsheathed cable for tripple core with PVC conceled conduit 20mm dia and providing proper connection from star Delta startor to pump motor 5.0 HP capacity at user site and complete testing.

(xii) Replacement of gaskit suitable for 80mm pipe line with 4 Nos nut bolts and washer as per existing size complete.

(xiii) Complete reassembling & testing of Submersible Pump & motor 5.0 HP and reconnecting with GI pipe 40mm dia.

Repair & replacement of unservicable Bush cutter with opening, dismantling, taking down under mentioned spares parts/assemblies.

(i) Replacement of Stainless steel treaming rod with complete set.

(ii) Replacement of starting switch complete.

(iii) Replacement of Oil seal kit complete.

(iv) Replacement of Ball bearing complete.

(v) Replacement of treaming wheels complete

(vi) Repair of piston kit complete

(vii) Replacement of crank shaft complete

Repair/replacement of Chlorination Plant including opening, dismantling and taking down and supply & fixing in replacement of undermentioned spare parts with installation, testing complete all as specified and directed.

(PVC Pipe 25mm=12.5RM, PVC/Nylon Pipe 10mm dia = 3.0 RM PVC connector 25mm/10mm=02 Nos).

Repair/replacement of flocculator system including opening, dismentlling of complete gear box assembly of flocculator from user site for maintenance of gear box with servicing, greasing, lathe work, ressembling, testing and applying two coats of paint in pattern complete all as spd and directed.

(i) Opening and taking out old unsv main shaft bearing and replacement into appropriate size at proper fixing in existing user site complete all as specified.

(ii) Opening and taking out old unsv gasket and replacement with suitable size of existing user site for gear box assembly complete all as specified and directed.

(iii) Opening and taking out of unsv gear oil and supply & filling in replacement of super gear oil 90W 100 grade complete all as specified and directed.

(iv) S & f in replacement of MCCB, 40A, 415V, 25K, 4-Pole cat part no IHLGHF0040. Make: Havells or its equivelant standard/C&S/Legrand all as specified and directed.

(v) S & F in replcement Cosmic star-Direct on line DOL starter upto 1.5 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts suitable for 1 HP motor over load relay 1.6 to 2.5 Amp cat part no IHSD0AGB*A. Make: Havells or its equivelant standard/C&S/Legrand all as specified and directed.

(vi) Opening dismentling of electric motor and transporting to civil rewinding shop for rewining of electric induction motor of capacity 1.5 HP, 415 volts, 3-phase using super enemeled barnished winding copper wire of same size including proper insulation, sleeves etc complete all as specified and as directed.

(vii) S & F in replcement cable XLPE insulted, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100volts grde,cross-sectional area 25 sqmm, 3.5 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

(viii) Replcement of wooden planks of size 1.2 m X 0.15m X 0.025m as per existing user site complete all as specified and directed.

(ix) Painting of complete flocculator system including electric motor, complete floccolator shaft, blades/arms, angle iron, wooden planks and complete shed with requisite colour and marking good condition including preparing surface by cleaning, rubbing and making surface smooth for painting and priming complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of contact relay 415V, three phase suitable for 15 HP motors as per existing specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of contact relay 415V, three phase suitable for 5.0 HP motors as per existing specification complete all as specified and directed.
