Notes for serial item Nos. 1.00 to 7.06: (i) The timings for each shift shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-charge. No claim whatsoever on this aspect is admissible (ii) Bidder shall quote corresponding minimum wages, rates and contribution as per prevailing Govt. notifications as applicable. Any quoted rate against items / sub-items which corrosponds to / works out to lower than the corrosponding minimum rates of wages / subscription towards EPF, ESIC, bonus and LWC shall be treated as non-bonafide and such bid shall not be considered for acceptance. The prevailing rate / wage / contribution shall be applicable on the bid submission end date (iii) Minimum fair wages as notified time to time by the Government of India / State Government / Local bodies / Labour Regulations whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, taxes, etc. as applicable shall be paid to the workers by the Contractor (iv) Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to the workers by the Contractor. No other claim whatsoever shall be admissible on this account and the bidders shall note this aspect and quote their rates accordingly. It must be noted that in compliance of all statutory provisions, the increase shall be passed over to the workers (v) Conveyance/vehicle for moving around of the staff employed and or any T&P required and detailed specifics as per particular specifications shall be provided by the Contractor. (vi) The maintenance services of chiller units shall be carried out by authorized rep of OEM only. The Contractor shall have to submit MOU of OEM within 15 days of acceptance of the contract.

PART-II (REPAIR & OTHER WORKS)

Dismantling the rusted body of AHU of 20,000 CFM capacity, blower motor, blower shaft, and other spares from AHU for Repairing/ Over-hauling the Body of AHU by replacement of defective components to ensure the proper functioning of the AHU, Re-assemble after necessary repairs, Connecting, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The AHU shall be got repaired / Overhauled from specialized Firm or Agency as approved by the Engineer-in Charge (ii) Payment for replacement of parts/ components shall be made for separately under relevant items of this schedule here-in-after

Cleaning of AHU upto 10000 CFM capacity, with hot water and caustic soda mixture with circulating water pump blower / coil shiner, detection of leakage, repair of damaged cooling coils tubes with necessary welding/blazing etc complete and refixing the same, testing on load all as specified and directed.

Re-Metalling, grinding, polishing to required size, replacement of bearings and greasing of Blower and booster shaft of AC Plants of cap 3x 24 TR all as directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note:-Transportation Charges From site to trade workshop and back to original location after repair and cost of set of bearing is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Dismantling,opening and providing new fan blower set complete upto 3x24 TR from motor cleaning of blower fan with cleaning agent drying with hot air before refixing, replacement of bearings and greasing etc complete with checking of alignment and adjustment of motor and pulley welding balancing of blower complete all as specified and as directed

Rewinding of electric motor of capacity 1 HP, 3 phase operating on 50 HZ 415 volt supply comprising of the following activities: (a) Disconnecting & removing the electric motor of AHU/booster from the installed position and loading / unloading transporting to contractor’s workshop for repairs (b) Dismantling existing burnt winding from the motor, preparing for rewinding complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulating materials such as insulation paper, sleeves, tape, varnish etc and painting with two coats of super enamel paint over a coat of primer and greasing of bearings. (c)Loading/unloading/transporting motor to the site, installing in position, alignment, electric connection, commissioning and testing in actual working condition for 8 hours continuously. (d) Motors shall be handed over during the currency of contract on as required basis. Each motor shall be returned duly repaired within 10 days from the date of handing over. Date of commencement of warrantee/ guarantee period of two years shall commence from the date of testing & successful taking over by the department.

Supplying and Re-Charging of refrigerant Gas R-22 in Central/Package type AC plant after detection of leakage & rectification of same in the system by using Carbon Di-oxide Gas and flushing the complete system throughly with Nitrogen gas complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (a) Gas shall be brought by the contractor at Site from authorised Dealer/ Manufacturer company's sealed cyclinder of standard packings with test certificate and P.V. and re-filling shall be done in the presence of rep of Deptt. The empty cylinders after using the gas brought shall be returned to the contractor & for payment purppose, only gas to the required extent used for charging shall be considered (b) The unit rate quoted is inclusive of cost of Nitrozen gas & CO2 gas required for leakage test to pressure test.

Supplying and Re-Charging of refrigerant Gas R-134/407 in Central/Package type AC plant after detection of leakage & rectification of same in the system by using Carbon Di-oxide Gas and flushing the complete system throughly with Nitrogen gas complete all as specified and as directed Note: (a) Gas shall be brought by the contractor at Site from authorised Dealer/ Manufacturer company's sealed cyclinder of standard packings with test certificate and P.V. and re-filling shall be done in the presence of rep of Deptt. The empty cylinders after using the gas brought shall be returned to the contractor & for payment purppose, only gas to the required extent used for charging shall be considered. (b) The unit rate quoted is inclusive of cost of Nitrozen gas & CO2 gas required for leakage test to pressure test.

Replacement electric motor/ of capacity 10 HP, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 volt, 1440 RPM (any make) including disconnecting and dismantling of electric motor of cooling tower/sewage pump/diaphram doser installed at any position, cutting of the burnt copper coil, cleaning of stator, rewinding with and including super enamelled copper conductor wire of sutable size & guage (all as per existing) complete, servicing with provision of insulation paper, packing, threads, sleeves etc. drying machining, welding, cleaning, greasing of bearings etc. recomissioning and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed . Notes: 1. Quoted rates shall also be deemed to be inclusive of loading, unloading, transporting of motor/pump sets, installing in position, setting alignment, making electric connections, commissioning and testing for 8 hour continuously in actual working conditions. 2. Motors shall be handed over during the currency of Contract on as required basis . 3. Each motor shall be returned duly repaired within 10 days from the date of handing over to the contractor for re-winding. 4. Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of Guarantee period of one year which shall commence from the date of testing & sucessful taking over by the Department.
