Extra for Painting two coats of hot oxidised bitumen of 85/25 grade @1.20kg/m² Per coat, one coat applied before lying the APP sheet and the final coat over the APP sheeet etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane - 3 mm thick

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge- With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Disconnecting damaged overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size from water supply line and removing from the terrace including shifting at ground level as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling 15 to 40 mm dia G.I. pipe including stacking of dismantled pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge. (a) Internal Work - Exposed on wall

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank- Circular tank (1000 lit 2 Nos)

Providing and fixing PTMT Ball cock of approved quality, colour and make complete with Epoxy coated aluminium rod with L.P./ H.P.H.D. plastic ball- 40 mm nominal bore, 206mm long, weighing not less than 690 gms

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc-Internal work - Exposed on wall-40 mm dia nominal bore

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge-In cement mortar

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement-12 mm cement plaster
