PART-I:- Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or RCC pipes) 150mm dia and removal of demolished materials from the site, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stones or brick masonry or block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc.complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes of any capacity or description but depth n.exc 1m including pumping out fluid removing all spoil, silt, sludge and other deposits from manholes and making the manhole channel free from all obstacles including taking off and refixing in position of manhole covers after cleaning of manhole cutting the vegetable growth/shurbs/hurbs etc around manholes and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc burrying the same in a pit and covering the sludge/pit with soil as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed. Note:- Excavation of pit including quoted rate.

Cleaning of existing sewage line of 150mm bore and any depth by roding or by other means from adjascent manhole without breaking existing pipes including washing the pipe line with water after roding to make the line smooth functional/perfect flow without any obstruction by removing all blockages in the line and removing all spoil, silt sludge and other deposits from pipe line and making the line free from all obstacles including taking off and refixing of manhole covers, cutting vegetable growth over/shurbs/hurbs etc along and over sewage line and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of existing sewage line of 100mm bore and any depth by roding or by other means from adjascent manhole without breaking existing pipes including washing the pipe line with water after roding to make the line smooth functional/perfect flow without any obstruction by removing all blockages in the line and removing all spoil, silt sludge and other deposits from pipe line and making the line free from all obstacles including taking off and refixing of manhole covers, cutting vegetable growth over/shurbs/hurbs etc along and over sewage line and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of septic tank of 100 users capacity by pumping fluid with sewage cleaning pump and collect the same in water tight container and dispose off out side MoD land disludging of sludge and other foreign materials upto bottom of compartments of septic tank including intercepting chamber and removing to excavated pits of appropriate size (burying of sludge and spreading the earth not exc 30cm thick over filled sludge and removing surplus soil where directed including sprinkling of bleaching powder around) and washing down with water including cutting of vegetable growth/shurbs /hurbs etc upto 3.00 mtr from outer edge of septic tank walls complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of septic tank of 50 users capacity by pumping fluid with sewage cleaning pump and collect the same in water tight container and dispose off out side MoD land disludging of sludge and other foreign materials upto bottom of compartments of septic tank including intercepting chamber and removing to excavated pits of appropriate size (burying of sludge and spreading the earth not exc 30cm thick over filled sludge and removing surplus soil where directed including sprinkling of bleaching powder around) and washing down with water including cutting of vegetable growth/shurbs /hurbs etc upto 3.00 mtr from outer edge of septic tank walls complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning of septic tank of 25 users capacity by pumping fluid with sewage cleaning pump and collect the same in water tight container and dispose off out side MoD land disludging of sludge and other foreign materials upto bottom of compartments of septic tank including intercepting chamber and removing to excavated pits of appropriate size (burying of sludge and spreading the earth not exc 30cm thick over filled sludge and removing surplus soil where directed including sprinkling of bleaching powder around) and washing down with water including cutting of vegetable growth/shurbs /hurbs etc upto 3.00 mtr from outer edge of septic tank walls complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Dewatering of soakage well/soakage pits of 1.80m dia and 3m deep by pumping fluid with sewage cleaning pump and collect the same in water tight container and dispose off to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities and taking out sludge and other foreign materials including cutting of vegetable growth/shurbs/hurbs etc upto 3.00mtr from outer edge of walls of soakage well/pit complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge, grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Cleaning and desludging gully trap by taking out all sludge and other foregin materials and cleaning line upto 1st manhole and washing down with water including cutting of vegetable growth around gully trap complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge, grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities land in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Opening and cleaning of any obstructions/blockages in floor trap of kitchen, urinals, bath rooms and wash hand basin etc including including taking off and refixing grating with white cement including cleaning of waste pipe upto 1st manhole/gully trap (in case of ground floor) and upto tee junction (in case of other floors), complete all as directed.

Cleaning of any obstructions/blockages WC/EWC (at ground floor) by removing all sludge/ waste etc and cleaning of connected pipe upto 1st manhole and washing down with water complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge, grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities land in covered van/trolly complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metres wide and n.exc 1.50 metres deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 metres wide and exc 1.50 metres but n.exc 3m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No 22 above but except stone, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Servicable stone retrieved from Serial Item No 5 shall be reused.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as directed Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Precast cement M-15 nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

150mm dia Sail-glazed grade 'A' stoneware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed in foul position, complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with cement mortar 1:2 complete with collars, bore of pipe 150mm, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) soil, waste and ventilating pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors bore 150mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5 type D-2 nominal mix using 40mm graded aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for dia of pipe 150mm in foul position, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work. (ii) For width and depth of PCC bed - refer preamble (a) (i) (ii) on page 356 of SSR Pt-II). (iii) Haunching shall be as per MES SSR-part-I/Part-II

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous China wash down water closet (pedestal pattern), white including traps, connection to drain or outgoing pipe, flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe complete including fittings, PVC coloured seat cover and chromium plated jet including PVC connection, fixed complete, including PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 litres capacity low level with inlet, ball valve, float and handle with brackets with PVC 32mm dia flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous Chinaware squatting pan, ‘Orrisa pattern’ size 580 mm x 440 mm, crystal white, with PVC ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet, integral foot rest with provision of plain cement concrete M-15, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified, including PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 litres capacity low level with inlet, ball valve, float and handle with brackets with PVC 32mm dia flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Mat finish (non skid), Premium class I grade, joint free, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC, 75 to 110mm bore, cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches/wall, if required, complete all as specified and directed.
