OD347846/2023-2024:Supply installation testing and commissioning, of silent type 40 KVA DG set with 2 Nos. output type AMF Panel water cooled diesel driven generating set including testing on load confronting to CPCB 2 norms comprising of radiator, 4 stroke multi cylinder engine of suitable BHP to deliver rated KVA at prevailing site conditions equipped with flywheel, residential type silencer, electro-mechanical fuel governor ,fuel pump , built in fuel tank, electric starting equipment with suitable Nos of suitable AH sealed maintenances free batteries etc. directly coupled to the 30 KVA 0.8 Pf, alternator suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire 50HZ AC supply system with the entire system mounted on common base frame having etc. on a suitable foundation, piping with thermal insulation, as required inside & outside the enclosure, etc, as required.(Make, TATA ,Kirlosker, Mahindra, Leyland, Cummins, Perkins, or equant other make.) Including necessary paper submitted to licensing Board and take sanction, and Load Testing etc. as required.

OD346477/2023-2024:Load Testing :- The DG set will be tested at site of installation on load of unity p.f. During testing, the DG set shall be operated for a period of 12 hrs on the rated KW at the DG set's KW rating i/c one hour on 10% overload after continuous run of the 12 hours. The successful tenderer will arrange staff/ fuel / POL and resistive load for test run at his cost.

5.3:Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

5.9:Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.(Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

5.11:Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

5.15:Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

5.13:Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

5.17:Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
