Agency/ Firms registration (Agency/ Firm needs to submit the firm registration certificates of GST and PAN

Average annual financial turnover of Rs.45.00 lakhs (Minimum average annual turnover usually not less than two times estimated amount put to tender) from supply of hired vehicles in last three financial years. Attach Certified balance sheet issued by Charted accountant.

Agency/Firm should not have been blacklisted by Govt organization / PSUs in the last 5 years. Firm/agency should furnish self-declaration certificate in this regard.
