Manning and operation & maintenance of Sewage treatment plant at 'L' Sector Area, sequential batch reactor type, of capacity 350 CUM/day of Make: M/s ACME Enviro solutions private Ltd consisting of Bar screen cum oil & grease separation chamber, equalisation tank, Eco-R reactor, chlorine contact cum treated water tank, sludge drying beds, sewage transfer pumps, air blower, sludge transfer pump, treated water transfer pump, arboriculture pumps, during power failure including operation of DG set of 62.5 KVA and connected valves & electric panels etc., round the clock in manual mode/ Programmable Logic controlled auto mode for treating raw sewage all as per manufacturer's instructions/ recommendations for smooth and trouble free operation in three shifts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manpower :- I st shift - One skilled operator and one helper II nd shift & III rd shift - one skilled operator all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Shift timings:- I st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs II nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs III rd shift - 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs

All as per SL item No.1 above but STP at M sector.

All as per SL item No.1 above but 750 KLD MBBR type plant of Make M/s Hydrotech Paryavaran Ltd at 'E' sector including operation & maintenance including periodical maintenance of Submersible/ Centrifugal type sewage pump sets including related LT panels and its connected accessories of Sewage pump houses of North pocket & South Pocket of E-Sector Dolphin Hills as when required and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Note for item No. 1 to 3 : The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of (a) Keeping the installations area neat and clean by grass cutting and removing the debris in and around premises. (b) Keeping daily record of all pumps running status all as specified and directed. (c) Rectifying minor defects such as arresting of pipeline leakage, Greasing of pumps, Gland packing, fuse wire, repairs to foot valve etc whenever required. (d) Carrying out 'A' check of DG set daily as per Manufacturer's manual. (e) Replacing of distilled water/battery electrolyte and charging of batteries of DG sets as and when required. (f) The installation will be handed over in operating state on the commencement of contract though work order.

(g) The operator shall ensure by trial run and be alert to run the DG Set within 5 minutes of supply failure. (h) Diesel shall be issued by Department as and when required. Contractor shall have to intimate minimum 03 days in advance for issue of diesel. (j) The quoted rate is inclusive collecting and transportation of diesel from AGE E/M store yard to work site. (k) Cleaning of Bar screen cum oil & grease separation chamber twice daily all as directed. (l) Cleaning/slaking of sludge drying beds every week all as directed. (m) Operation of arboricuture pumpsets including control for supplying treated water as and when required. (n) During the operation of the plant, the MLSS (Mixed liquid suspended solids) shall be maintained not less than 4000 mg/ltr in Eco-R tank. (o) The quoted rate inclusive for carrying out periodical maintenance to STP Buildings, including painting to Doors, windows, connected pipe lines etc all as per existing once during entire contract period complete all as directed.

(p) Man power (skilled) employed shall have minimum 02 years work experience in operation of STP. (q) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requisite qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recommended by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of RCC equilisation tank of approx size 5.5 m x 6.0 m x 5.74 m at 'L' Sector STP by bailing out the accumulated raw water at the bottom and removing the complete silt/sludge/dirt from the tank and dispositing away exc 1.5 KM and n.exc 5.0 KM from site as directed, scrapping the tank inner walls and bottom with wire brush and cleaning the tank inner walls and bottom with the bleaching powder slurry completely including applying one coat of white wash to entire tank externally complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) The rate deemed to be inclusive of T&P and transportation required for disposal of sludge/dirt away from the site. (b) The cleaning of tank shall be performed every bi-monthly as per manufacturers recommendations.

M & L for carrying out chemical analysis (BOD/COD) test of treated sewer water of STP at 'L' , 'M' & 'E' sectors from Govt authorised laboratory all as per CPCB Norms complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of testing and collection of water samples in sealed PVC container at STPs.

Removing old filter media complete of size 1/8 to 1/16, 1/16 to 1/32 inch sizes complete in layers of sludge drying beds of size 4 x 2.50 x 1.4 m, scraping the internal surfaces of sludge drying beds with wire brush,and cleaning with bleaching powder slurry, cleaning with fresh water including applying one coat of white wash on external surface of sludge drying bed and re-filling up with new filter media in layers all as per manufacturers recommendations / existing including testing and commissioning etc., complete all as directed. Note: New filter media will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ

Supply only aggregate filter media for STP (as per existing) complete of size 1/8 to 1/16, 1/16 to 1/32 inch size complete in layers as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for maintenance of diesel Engine connected with DG Set 62.5 KVA for 'B' check as per recomendation of manufacturers instructions including replacement of filters, accessories like fuel filter with ring, Air filter and ring , super bypass filter element , 'O' Ring seal, Oil filter and engine Oil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for chlorination of treated sewage water with Sodium hypochiorite solution (Grade-I) as per IS 11673-1992 for treatment of sewage water at STP for maintining residual chlorine all as per manufacturer's recommendations / instructions compelte all as speicified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Sree Rayalseema solution or its equivalent as approved by GE.

Supplying and mixing alum (white colour granual ) in UG Sump or OH Tank for cleaning of water

M & L for Jungle cleaning by cutting and clearing away all grass vegetation, wild growth, sapling, shrubs, brushwoods, under growth roots, cutting of bushes, tree trunk of girth not execeeding 30 cm, cutting of trunk, portion protuding over ground, filling holes and leveling of ground and removing unserviceable materials to a distance n.exe 50m, compelte all as speicified

M&L for painting of monoblock pump set / Air compressor of capacity of 3 HP to 12.5 HP with a coat of approved colour paint including inlet & out let pipe lines over a coat of red oxide primer on rusted parts complete including preparation of old painted surface and writting MES number all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of monoblock pump set / Air compressor of capacity of 15 HP to 30 HP with a coat of approved colour paint including inlet & out let pipe lines over a coat of red oxide primer on rusted parts complete including preparation of old painted surface and writting MES number all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation to old external surfaces of Pipes/Panels indoor/outdoor type for painting by scrapping down old dusted paint by steel brush broomming rubbing and cleaning applying two coates of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as directed by Engineering-in-charge.

Dismantling old rusted MS pipes and Supply,lay ,testing and commissioning of MS Pipe medium grade all as per IS incl cutting, welding etc complete and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed

M&L for taking out existing any type pumpset/airblower of following capacity for servicing by disconnecting motor and blower/ pump set, pipe line and removing of all parts like bearing, bushes, impeller, shaft etc cleaning all surfaces and scales/ sludge/ dirt/ formed inside/out side pumpset/blower etc Lubricating/ greasing at proper places and re fixing in position with all serviceable parts with motor incl painting with one coat of anti corrosive paint over red oxide primer and writing MES /SM No and testing and commissioning all as directed by Engr-in-charge.( Note - spares like bearings will be measured and paid separately against supply only)
