Providing and fixing in repairs Aluminum Composite panels in all coloures of approved brand for external / internal wall cladding at all heights and elevations including necessary aluminium composite panel consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of anti oxident LDPE sandwitched between two skin of 0.5 mm thick alloy sheet making a total sheet thickness of 4 mm. The surface shall be finished with PDVF base coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. The system to be fixed to the brick/stone/masonry/RCC walls/framed structure with necessary clamps, bracket and anchor fasteners fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25mmx20mm with 1mm thickness in 600mmx600mm size grid including stainless steel screws, nut, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealent for groove filling, backer rods etc, complete all as per Manufacturer instruction and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. All Clamps and brackets shall be hot dip galvanised minimum 80 micron thick and confirmed to IS : 4759 - 1996. The extruded aluminium sections shall be anodised in approved colour with anodic coating minimum 20 microns. (items include cost of aluminium frame, ACP Panels, Cramps, weather sealent, gasket, foam, fixtures, scaffolding, all machineries and any other fastening streps, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc complete). The manufacturer shall also give guarantee/warranty for ACP panels for a period of Five years. Make of ACP:- ALUPEX/ALUDECOR/ALSTRONG.

Material and labour for water proofing treatement in sunken portion by applying one coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.3 kg/sqm with brush /roller, laying of 3mm thick APP based polymer modified membrane (mineral finish) reinforced non-woven polyster, weight not less than 3.50 kg/sqm and sealing all the over laps 100mm in length side and 100mm in width side of membranes laid with torch application complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down out (desilting) silt, brick bats debris liquid waste sludge in solid/semi solid state from Manholes of any capacites including pumping out sludge wherever necessary plugging diverting the flow in the drain if necessary and staking the removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes as directed including use of safety belt dry cells torch for lighning in side the manholes as directed including use of safety belt dry cells torch for lightning in side the manholes and taking down similar precautionary measures and removing the sludge etc to out side MD land and cleaning the manholes with clean water etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out silt, liquid waste, sludge etc. in solid/semi solid state from septic tanks of various capacities and suitably disposed off outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc. and applying one coat of acrylic weather proof paints complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs vanitee cabinate of overall size 0.90 mtr x 1.70mtr with one nos of mirror having size 0.75mtr x 0.80 mtr , one wash basin of size 0.50 x 0.30mtrs , with one wash basin mixture of approved shade and size complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Jaquar or equivalents as approved by users.

S&F in repairs shower enclosure having overall size 1 mtr x 1mtr x 2.00 mtr height with 5-8mm thick glass with sliding door arrangements, having one complete shower panels of size 0.20 x 0.10 x 1.50 mtr height with over head shower, hand shower, mixing arrangements for hot and cold water etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Jaquar or equivalents as approved by users.

S&F in repairs punch tape concertina coil of 900mm dia using high tensile spring steel wire 2.60 mm dia as per IS-4454 and steel tape in 19mm width as per IS-513 with and including 18 micron zinc coating (Each coil is to be expanded upto 6 mtr length only) including two coats of epoxy paint and over one coat of primer placed over U shape MS angle all as apecified and directed.
