Rubberlining of Pre-Vulcanized Butyl Rubber Calendered Sheets To a Thickness of 05 mm. Pre-vulcanized butyl rubber calendered sheets 2.5mm thick suitable for cold bonding, with required adhesives, solvents, curing agent, etc. shall be supplied. Packing, forwarding, transportation, loading/unloading, and storage at the FACT Cochin Division site, Ambalamedu, Kochi shall be done. Surface preparation shall be done by shot/grit blasting with proper cleaning. Rubber lining/application shall be done with pre-vulcanized butyl rubber calendered sheets to a thickness of 05mm in two layers of 2.5mm thick each by cold bonding method on bottom plate complete, shell plate inside complete, inside roof area, manholes, nozzle pipes, dummies and flanges on Phosphoric Acid Strong Storage Tank C at PA Plant, FACT Cochin Division site, Ambalamedu, Kochi, Kerala as per scope of work detailed in Special Conditions of Contract, General Conditions of Contract and specification sheets attached. Cold bonding, curing, inspection, testing, site supervision, and safety requirements shall be done as per the attached specification sheet No. 030B of FACT -CD.
