Dismantling of existing old model both indoor & outdoor units for 1.5 / 2.0 Ton A.C machines with own tools & tackles as per direction of EIC.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Split type AC machine having Cooling Capacity range (5.2 kw - 5.6 kw) with fixed speed Rotary compressor, Refrigerant gas R32 / R410A, BEE star rating - 3, (ISEER range 3.5 to 3.99), Air flow range CFM (550 - 765 or better), both condenser and cooling coils made of copper tube connecting chord with plug top confirming to IS 139 l ( Part - I & Part - II) with all amendments (Make - Mistubishi Electric AGZ18VF/Mistubishi Heavy SRK20CXS-W6/O-General ASGA18BMWA-B(R32) as per choice of E.I.C.

SITC including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen of testing of following nominal size of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerent piping Split AC system, complete with fittings and including accessories, insulated with XLPE class -O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for suction and liquid lines, all accessories as per specification etc. as required.

1/4" (6.4 mm) dia (Soft drawn) Cu. Pipes (As per standard 85864 or ANSIB 16.22) incl. 19 mm thick insulation.

3/ 8" (9 mm.) dia (Soft drawn) Cu. Pipes (As per standard BS864 or ANSIB 16.22) mm incl. 19 mm thick insulation.

5/ 8" (15.88 mm.) dia (Soft drawn) Cu. Pipes (As per standard BS864 or ANSIB 16.22) mm incl. 19 mm thick insulation.

Supply & Laying PVC Drain Pipe 25mm dia with 6mm thick nitrile rubber insulation (Make-supreme/Ori-Plast)

S & F 1.1 KV grade, PVC insulated & unsheathed 3 Core 2.5 Sqmm Copper flexible Cable for Indoor to outdoor connection as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing of MS Angle Iron Frame for holding AC outdoor unit as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing of P2 type 50 MFD Blast-Protected Metal body Running capacitor for 1.5/2.0 TR Capacity Split type Air Conditioner machne (make-EPCOS/SARADA/Similar type) as per direction of EIC.

S & F 19 mm thick, 5ft x 3ft plywood with necessary screw, wooden guthka etc in place of dismantled window A.C as per direction of E.I.C.

Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage for installation, per storey of building per vertical run as per GS. (Considering Double scraffolding for each vertical run)

Note:- Rate should be quoted inclusive of all taxes and duties including GST.
