Skimming/Unloading of catalyst guard bed (appx up to 1.33M) from Top of the bed of NHT Reactor 10DC01 & Loading fresh catalyst guard bed as per detailed scope of work. For Working 24hrs/Day Shift Basis

Additional Skimming/Unloading of catalyst from 1.33M (> 1.33M up to free flow of catalyst), and loading fresh catalyst of NHT Reactor 10DC01 as per detailed scope of work.

Hourly rate for equipment & crew for carrying out additional jobs if not covered under scope of work

Overhauling & maintenance of Cold combined and Hot combined Heat exchangers For Working 24hrs/Day Shift Basis

Vent Gas cooler (12-EA03) cone, Inlet and Outlet line replacement For Working 24hrs/Day Shift Basis

Additional Welding of SS Piping up to 12.7mm Thk. if any which is not covered in the scope including cutting of joints

Re-Torqueing of CCR reactor reduction zone flange including Mobilization & De-mobilization of resources (Tools & Manpower) required for torqueing

Hourly rate for tools & manpower, to be kept on stand-by during start-up of the plant. (24 Hrs Round the clock.)

Decoking and cleaning of NHT Heater (10-BA01) Tubes (Two Pass) by Mechanical Pigging as per the detailed scope of Work on Round the clock basis using ONE single Pump Unit including Mobilization and Demobilization

Standby/Idle charges for decoking equipment setup and crew(Applicable for delay in heater handover )

Hourly Rate for Equipment & Crew for carrying out additional Jobs if any not covered under the detailed Scope of work.

Chemical cleaning of NHT compressor suction lines along with cleaning & demister inspection of recycle compressor suction compressor drum & make up gas suction drum For Working 24hrs/Day Shift Basis
