Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power, bell point ) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, bell push,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc

M&L for point wiring concealed conduit type with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed and multi stranded copper conductor PVC conduit 20 mm bore having 2 mm wall thickness with all conduit accessories for one light /fan/buzzer/soket outlet point controlled by one switch including continuous 1.5 sqmm copper conductor, stranded (green colour as earth ,red as phase and black as neutral), PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly to be terminated in and including suitable size module boxes alongwith modular cover plate for housing of module switches/sockets etc . . Note : Unit rates quoted by contractor shall be deemed to included for cutting chases in walls and making good in cement morter (1:3) and finishing the surface to match with exisiting surface with distemper and wall putty.

One light point controlled by 2 way switches,with cables 1.5 sqmm size.

All as per item No. 2 here in before but 2.50 Sqmm copper conductor wiring with 2.50 Sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity for 15/16 Amps socket outlet on independent board.

M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable single core multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC casing / capping including copper earth continuity wire of PVC insulated of size 1.50 Sqmm and connected to common earth dolly with all accessories (gang box for switch socket, ceiling rose box,holder box,tee ,bend etc )complete as specified for: -

Supply and fix in replacment of LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up to ceiling rose with three core 1.5 Sqmm flexible copper conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing for LED 12/18W stellar pro round down ceiling light PDC aluminium housing downlights corona series warm white color including taking down existing light fittings etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & fixing for LED 12/18W stellar pro surface down light PDC aluminium housing downlights corona series warm white color including taking down existing light fittings etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S & F in replacment of existing light fitting with LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F for bldg security light fitting LED TYPE 35 watt optic lenses with all necessary acessories, Clear transparent acrylic cover, prewire suitable to operated on 230 volt 50 HZ AC & Supply and fixing to wall / on pole including fixing arrangement with suitable galvanized iron pipe 32 mm bore “light grade” brackets 2 mtr length bent to shape to obtained required shape including clamps, nuts / bots / washers etc connecting with suitable flexible copper wire of size 23/0.0076 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in repairs sheet metal enclosure for double door DB made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy powder coated surface mounted SP & N 2 ways, 240 Volts, ISI marked, 200 amps bus bar stove enameled dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation MCBs and isolators etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in repairs sheet metal enclosure for double door DBs made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy powder coated surface mounted VTP & N 4 ways, 415 Volts, ISI marked 200 amps bus bar stove enameled dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation MCCB and isolators etc including fixing in Wall with Cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F in repairs sheet metal enclosure for double door DB made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy powder coated surface mounted SP & N 8 ways, 240 Volts, ISI marked, 200 amps bus bar stove enameled dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation MCBs and isolators etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F in repairs sheet metal enclosure for double door BD made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy powder coated surface mounted SP & N 12 ways, 240 Volts, ISI marked, 200 amps bus bar stove enameled dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation MCBs and isolators etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L in replacment of existing AC Box having Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB 20 A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SPN 32 A carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SPN 40 to 63 A current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing andcommissioning as all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring in PVC Conduit along with earth wire with 2x4Sqmm+1x2.5Sqmm as earth wire of FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable (ISI marked) including taking down old wiring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of sub-main wiring with two single core cables PVC insulated and un-sheathed 6 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS stranded copper conductor drawn in concealed PVC conduict dia 20mm “medium quality” conduit including 6.00 Sq mm (Nominal Area) copper cable as earth continuity conductor after chasing in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces and white wash or existing colour , necessary junction box and covers including necessary connections, PVC flexible pipes are used in pannel board while connecting the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note:- Two run cable and one run of earth wire will be measured as a one unit.

S&F for rigid non-metallic PVC conduit for segregarion of existing hanging wires ,medium grade 20 mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends,elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
