SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I :- Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for any works, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as, padding over roofs, in lintels up to 1.50 metre clear span cuts, steps seismic and other similar bends, coping, bands plates for serving hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer and 0.40 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm including minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end/longitudinal lap torch sealed and bonded and applying two coats of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane of 1.20 Kg/Sqm in drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous paint/primer @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over RCC roof slabs/ projections/ parapets after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust, dirt etc. as manufacturers instructions including removal of existing APP membrane sheets of any thickness and position, complete all as specified and directed as Engr-In-Charge.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), mixed with water proofing admixture, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on external fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC @ 3% weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- water proofing compound shall be included in quoted rates.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on internal fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on fair faces of RCC concrete surfaces and including applying cement slurry in bottom of slab, chajjas, fin, facias etc., and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Litre/ 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Litre/ 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling with mechanical roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Three coats of white wash on ceiling with mechanical roller on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down ward facias/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. and Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M&L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7m etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 25mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 20mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor/ sunken floor spout, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 25mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor/ sunken floor spout, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) soil, waste and ventilating pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall with adjustable clamps of bore 110mm, including taking up or down old pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) soil, waste and ventilating pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors bore 110mm, including taking up or down old pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius, 110mm bore jointed with solvent cement (fitted with oval access door), fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal, 110mm bore, provided with oval access door, jointed with solvent cement, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) soil, waste and ventilating pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors bore 75mm, including taking up or down old pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) soil, waste and ventilating pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall with adjustable clamps of bore 75mm, including taking up or down old pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks and removing to store water tanks of capacity n.exc 500 ltr, complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 Ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including brass ball valve 20mm dia epoxy coated aluminium rod with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks and removing to store water tanks of capacity 500 to 1000 ltr, complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 1000 Ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including brass ball valve 20mm dia epoxy coated aluminium rod with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering, if required) for repair, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from water tanks of capacity exc 500 but nexc 1000 ltr, from mouths of circulating pipes, hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering, if required) for repair, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from water tanks of capacity exc 250 but nexc 500 ltr, from mouths of circulating pipes, hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

Corrugated galvanized iron mild steel sheets 0.63mm thick, grade ‘O’, with 120 grams per square metre zinc coating fixed with 'J' or 'L' hook as in roof covering with two corrugation side lap. (Horizontal distance of side lap shall not be less than 145mm and depth of corrugation shall be 12.50mm) with grade of zinc coating 120, complete all as specified and directed.

0.80mm thick plain galvainsed mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 120, complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position, framed work, complete all as specified and directed.

2nd class hard wood (Kail) as in scantling clean sawn timber fixed in framed, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe.290 Gde E-165, steel work, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets cornices etc in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

GI anodized snap grid frame work of size 605 mm x 605 mm as in false ceiling, flat or sloping (pattern as per manufacturer's catalogue/ instruction), cutting holes for electrical fittings fixed on an including aluminium tee of size 25mmx25mmx1.50mm as main runner, aluminium tee of size 25mmx25mmx1.25mm as cross runner and aluminium angle of size 25mmx25mmx1.25mm at the perimeter suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with hangers 6mm dia galvanized (length as per site requirement) adjusting level fixed to roof by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanized iron flat 40mmx3mm size, 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.50mm dia, 40mm long including necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified and directed.

6mm thick non asbestos fiber cement building boards (Decorative E Board) as in ceiling fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI / aluminium framework fixed with nails, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sunken slab treatment comprising of following:- (a) Taking out/down old existing sunken slab treatment including tiling, PCC and cleaning the old RCC surfaces of sunken slab including removal of the rubbish out of campus (out of Mil Stn). (b) M&L for 25mm thick PCC type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate over cleaned sunken slab surfaces. (c) M&L for applying bitumen priming coat/tack coat over PCC @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. (d) M&L for 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm including minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap torch sealed and bound. (e) M&L for applying bitumen grade 85/25 over primer coat @ 1.20 Kg/sqm. (f) M&L for 25mm thick plastering (in two layers 15mm 1st layer, 10mm second layer) in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturer instructions over 225mm thick PCC 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for waterproofing of exterior walls, including removal of existing plaster including raking out joints, loose particles complete and applying two coats of acrylic polymer modified high performance coating (Smartcare Ultra Block 2k). The treatment shall be done from ground level and providing of 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- All treatment shall be done by applicator authorized by original equipment manufacturer with any mechanical means spray gun/roller. Make:- ASIAN PAINTS /BERGER /NEROLAC.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish of the premisses, complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed coloured tiles of size 300x200/450x300x7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floor, 25mm thick, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Mat finish joint less (non skid), Premium class I grade, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 Sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, dia of outlet 75mm, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous China wash down water closet (pedestal pattern), white including 'P' traps (pedestal pattern), pedestal pan and trap, connection to drain or outgoing pipe, flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe complete including fittings, PVC coloured seat cover and chromium plated jet including PVC connection, PVC 32mm dia flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 litres capacity low level with inlet, ball valve, float and handle with brackets including 32mm dia PVC long bend flush pipe 90cm long and 15mm dia PVC connection 450mm with CP brass coupling nuts and PVC washers at both ends, fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Wash basins, Vitreous China (Flat back type) size 450mmx300mm including brackets, crystal white with and including cutting for and pinning on ends of brackets with waste coupling of PTMT bore of 32mm dia discharge pipe (half or full threaded) minimum weight 45 gms, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed of 15mm bore and fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.
