EXEUCTION OF SURFACING WORK ON AUTOMATED DRIVING ROAD (UNDER JOB NO S-4501/61)
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate grading as per Table-400-01 and satisfying the physical rrequirement as per Table No. 400-02 of MORT&H specifications for Road & Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) for Granular Sub Base 15.00 CM compacted including premixing the materials with water to OMC in mechanical mix (Pug Mill), laying in uniform layers in Sub Base / Base Course on a well prepared base and compacting with power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including guarding for surfacing works. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of MoRT&H specifications .All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.
Providing and Laying 5.00 cm thick (compacted) Dense Bituminous Madadam layer with HMP mix precoated stone aggregae physical requirment /grading / mix composition requirement as per Table-8/9/10 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) Respectively with minimum4.5% binder asphalt 60/70 or VG-30 by weight of total mix all as psecified in Clause - 505 of MORT&H specification for road and birdge works (Fifth Revision) . All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.
Providing and laying 3.0 cm thick BC on bituminous concrete layer with precoated stone chips grading confirming to Table:500-17 and mix satisfying the physical requirementt of table 500-16 of MORT&H specifications, mixed with 5% binder asphalt VG-30 penetration grade by weight of total mix and 2% cement by weight of mix (for filler) all as specified as per MoSRT&H data book. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.

FORMATION WORKS
Rough excavation in soil/soil mixed with small boulders getting out and disposing all excavated materials lead up to 6 m and up to 1.5 m deep (by manual means).All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.
PERMANENT WORKS (PROTECTIVE/IMPROVEMENT WORK)
Excavation in trenches for foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specification in soil mixed with boulders (SMB) and Hard Rock having equal ratio, including dressing bottom and sides getting out and stacking of serviceable material and disposing all surplus excavated material be disposed off at a place directed by Engr in charge. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.
Providing, laying and compaction Hard core comprising of broken road metal size 5 cm graded downwards spread in layers not exceeding 15 cm including watering, ramming and finishing to required level and gradient including cost of stone metal. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.

Providing and fixing Informatory road sign post of normal size 80 x 60 cms tightly bolted/ welded to suitable parts of angle Iron (50 x 50 x 5 mm) two numbers braced with MS plate 10 mm width diagonally embedded in PCC 1:4:8 including painting. The height of the board to be 1.5 m from the crown of pavement ( All as per IRC 67 of 1977) at a place directed by Engineer-In-Charge. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.
Supply and installation of delineators (600 mm) (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80x100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular refelectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC:79 and the drawings, all complete as per clause 805 of MoSRT&H specifications and All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.
Providing and fixing of road stud 100x100 mm, diecast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lens reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (Part 4) 1973. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.
Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made Precast Concrete Kerb stone of size 300mm x 100mm x 450 mm ( M-25 Grade Cement Concrete) in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including haunching of ground by excavation to the required level and line, making joints with without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete including painting etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). Precast concrete kerb stone blokcs should confirm to specifications laid down in IS:5758-2020. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.
Providing and laying factory made coloured precast Cement Concrete interlocking paver blocks 50 mm thick of M-30 Grade concrete strength, of required size, colour & pattern as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract. To be laid on 50mm average (thick) sand bedding with brick bat base and compacting them properly including providing and filling in joints with sand and brushing top surface etc. The block shall be manufactured tested and laid as per IRC SP 63:2018 and IS Specification 15658:2021. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.
PROVISION OF ELECTRICAL UTILITIES
Civil Works Based on DGBR SSR 2016
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and 1.5 m depth in Soil mixed with Boulder and Hard rock in equal ratio, including dressing bottom and sides getting out and disposing all excavated material lead upto 6 m and lift upto 1.5 m. (by manual means) for laying of Cable, Erection of poles etc. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.
- Ditto - all as per Item No 4.02 here in before but for extra depth of 1.50 m or Part thereof. Earthwork in embankment including excavation of earth and filling with earth free from roots etc spreading in layres not exceeding 30 cm including watering rolling and finishing to required slope and level not exceeding 15 m high above the base in ordinary soil in plain area. M/L for brick well burnt locally available superior quality sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning to cable in trenches keeping width of brick parallel to the length of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and laying of 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade with all fittings as cable protection for road crossing laid / fix in trenches/on wall. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.
Supply and laying of 50 mm dia GI tubing light grade with all fittings as cable protection for road crossing laid / fix in trenches/on wall. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.
Supply, installation and erection in vertical position of steel tubular swaged poles, type 410, SP-31(09 meters long ) with 300 mm x 300 mmx 6 mm mild steel base plate contineously welded to pole, MS steek plate of 3 mm thick finial taper plug bolt, nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portiion in ground level and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surfaces including numbering as per standard size after erection complete all as specified. Zebra painting with black and white paint upto 1.5 mtr height from ground level and pole marking as directed as per given design and colour. M & L for junction/connecting box made out of 2mm thick MS sheet / thermoplastic front openable, weather & vermin proof of size 300 x 250 150 mm incl painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Connection box shall be be suitable for housing & incl Aluminium Bus bar 200Amps cap- 04 Nos, MCB SP 6 Amp-01No and having provision of cable hole in bottom for two to three cables of size 35 Sqmm 4 core armoured cable connection box shall be fitted on street light pole and fixing arrangements complete. M& L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 60x60cmx6mm thick electrode and 4 mm dia GI wire as earthing lead.burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level. connected to GI wire 4 mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 and incl earth work, PCC pit and RCC cover,watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade,funnel,wire mesh, charcoal dust and salt etc and connected to earthing test point all as specified or directed and testing. M&L for Sub Main wiring using PVC Insulated unsheathed, multistrand copper conductor (FRISH) cable 2 runs of size 2.5 sqmm for phase and neutral and 2.5 Sq mm for earthing. drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable size with fixing clamps on pole for connection from junction box to light fittings complete all as directed. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.
Supply and fix in repairs cross arms channel, bracing, support, clamps etc fabricated structured steel, sections, including nuts, bolts, washers etc and cutting to required length beat to any shape drilling holes, fixed on poles or jointed by means of elect welding complete incl painting with 2 coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as directed. All as specified in special conditions and particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/ OC Contract.
Supply and fix time switches astro type (Having longitude and latitude of Indian cities in memory) 440 V three phase of 20 Amp rating with suitable capacity power conductor, relays, tripping arrangement for overload protection, suitable capacity breakers, LED indicating lamps, busbars, connecting terminals, mounting insulators, 24 hours time setting relays with voltage/ current indication manual/ auto control switches, cable glands etc. complete.
