M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on surface of walls,cleaning the surfaces and applying two coats of exterior weather proof emulsion paint ( Apex Ultima suprema / Weather Coat Long Life ) over a coat of Exteror primer and over a coat of exterior wall care putty 1mm thick over a coat of Damp proof ( Asian paint or Equivalent ) as per manufactor's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old rough cast plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior weather proof emulsion paint ( Apex Ultima suprema / Weather Coat Long Life ) over a coat of Exteror primer and over a coat of Damp proof ( Asian paint or Equivalent ) as per manufactor's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonery, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc but excluding ashalar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles. complete.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar 1:4 with sub class `B’ bricks straight or curved on plan nexc 6m radius including brick roughly cut to radius or brick with wedge shaped joined with old size bricks complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc, incluning racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fare faces of concrete /brick surface in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in ceiling and similar other works complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/ brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactors instruction finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note -WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items of schedule "A".

Supply only intergral waterproofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for repair to chajjas including completely taking out loose portion of old damage portion of RCC and re-casting the same in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm thick graded stone aggregate) including necessary reinforcement if required & form work for fair finish surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.Note- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separetly.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

M & L for reinforcement cement concrete type A-0, 1:1.5:3 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggegate) nominal mix as in chajjas, shelves ,roof projection and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas,roof projection etc and similar items including edges for aforsaid work complete all as specified and directed..

M & L mild steel TMT Bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (ann ealed not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chip) . complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item No-16 above but 6mm to 8 mm dia in stirrups, spacer and binders.

Removing Demolished Mareials etc out of Defence land at any leads at own arrangement of contractor.

Note :-(i) Work will be carried out from ground floor to fourth floor including necessary scafolding and safety measures and labour insourance etc complete all as specified and directed. (ii).Required Quantity of MaterialLike paint, primer,putty will be brought at site,kept in store for Inspection and shall be monitered through Material consumption register.
