Painting of 11 mtr. high RS Joist pole of size (200 x 100)mm. with one coat red-oxide & one or more coats of aluminium paint of good quality (reputed make).

Painting of swaged steel tubular pole of 12 mtr. length with one coat red-oxide & two coats of aluminium paint of good quality (reputed make).

Erection of metallic pole of length above 10.0mts. and upto 12.0mts. in cement concrete (1:3:6) (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone of 40mm. nominal size) foundation including excavation & refilling etc. as reqd.

Dismantling of pole / street light standard / strut embeded in cement concrete foundation etc. as reqd.

Shifting of poles from different locations of mine to workshop / site and vice versa.

Supplying & erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV overhead lines complete with 19/20mm. dia x 1.8mts. long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cm. x 45cm. x 7.5mm. thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm. x 600 mm.), 7/4.00 mm. dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone, aggregate 40mm. nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as reqd.

Supplying of channel iron 75mm. x 40mm. x 6mm. (7.14kg./mt.) V Shaped cross arm for two 11KV O/H line conductors complete with 50mm. x 6mm. flat iron clamps, bolts & nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts & washers etc. and painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Supplying of channel iron 75mm. x 40mm. x 6mm. (7.14kg. per metre) cross arm for 4-wire overhead line complete with clamps, bolts and nuts etc. including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Supplying of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 6mm (7.14kg./mt.) pole top bracket / cross arm for single 11KV O/H line conductor complete with 50mm x 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts & washers including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc. and painting with primer & finish paint as reqd.

Erection of pole top / straight two wire / V-shaped two wire / angle iron / channel iron cross arm on steel tubular / rail / PCC pole for 11KV / 22KV / 33KV as reqd.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm x 6mm (7.14 kg./mt.) double pole cross arm for three wire 11 KV overhead line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm x 6 mm MS flats welded on one side of channel iron with bolts & nots on the other side for tying the cross arms together including drilling holes for insulator pins / fittings, bolts, nuts & washers etc. and painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Erection of double pole 3-wire cross arm for 11 KV / 22KV / 33KV O/H lines as required.

Supplying & erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 11KV O/H line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron to form a ractangle of minimum size 1400 mm width x 2500 mm height complete with 50 mm x 6 mm M.S flat iron clamps, bolts & nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolt and nuts etc. & painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Supplying & erection of 11KV Disc insulators for 11KV O/H line with galvanised insulator fittings, ball & socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as reqd.

Supplying & erection of 11KV Pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pins, nuts, washers etc. as reqd.

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of copper / aluminium overhead conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as reqd.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm dia. and above including binding etc. as reqd.

Supplying & erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3-wire, 11KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9KV (RMS) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, wahers etc. as reqd.

Supply of G.I. wire no.- 8 SWG.

Erection of G.I. wire no.- 8 SWG including binding etc. as reqd.

Supplying & erection of flat iron 40 mm. x 3 mm. for carrying G.I. wire complete with nut, bolt, washers etc. including drilling holes and painting with primer & finish paint as reqd.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600mm. x 600 mm. x 6 mm. thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 mtr. long with charcoal / coke and salt as reqd.

Supplying & laying 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode including connection / terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as reqd. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut, bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm.).

Supplying of 11 KV grade, Double break, 3 posts per phase, 400 Amp, Horizontal type, Hot Dip Galvanised Gang operated AB Switch with heavily tinned copper connectors & other accessories as reqd.

Supplying & making of 2 x 2.8mtr. long GOAB Switch mounting channel and 1 x 1.5mtr. long Handle fixing channel made of 75mm x 40mm x 6mm MS Channel Iron (7.14kg/mtr) complete with bolts, nuts, drilling holes & painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Supplying & making of 2 x 1.5mtr. long Cantilever channel of 100mm x 50mm x 6mm MS Channel Iron (9.56kg/mtr) for supporting GOAB Switch Arm complete with 2 x 1.5mtr. long 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle iron, bolts, nuts, drilling holes & painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Fixing & aligning of GOAB Switch Set & its platform on overhead structure(s) including testing for its proper operation.

Supplying & fixing of (450 x 300 x 150)mm isolator operating / interlocking GI box with internal & external locking arrangement, manually operated rotor, lever & other accessories as reqd.

Supplying & fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 100 mm. dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for pretection of underground cable as reqd.

Supplying & making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 70 sq. mm. , 3-core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as reqd.

Supplying & erection of cradle guard at 01 span length of O/H line with 8 SWG G.I. wire, 75mm x 40mm MS channel iron, 40mm x 6mm MS flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts & washers and painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
