Operating and Maintenance of Acrylic Basket ball Court in District Stadium in Bengaluru South District

Information regarding experience in operation and maintenance of Acrylic Basket ball Court Arena during the last three financial years ( 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26). Experience certificates obtained from the owners or competent authorities of Acrylic Basket ball Court practice facilities, or documents confirming ownership, operation, and maintenance, shall be enclosed.

Experience certificate for running a Acrylic Basket ball academy issued by a registered club of the Karnataka State Basket ball Association (Regd.) shall be submitted.

Name of the tenderer/organization, complete permanent address, and telephone number

Recent 2 passport-size photographs of the authorized signatory of the tenderer/organization

Attested specimen signatures of the person authorized to conduct business on behalf of the tenderer

Notarized copy of the organizations registration certificate

PAN Number (Income Tax Registration Number)

An affidavit on Rs.500/- stamp paper confirming that the tenderer has not been blacklisted by any authority during the last 05 years shall be submitted.
