Railway reserves the right to procure the tendered item from the CLW Approved firms or their authorized dealers or agents having ORIGINAL tender specific authorization from the OEM CLW approved firm and the firm is eligible to participate in this tender. CLW Approval certificate and/or tender specific authorization certificate from CLW approved firm should be uploaded by the tenderers along with the offer otherwise their offers may be passed over.

Firm has to clearly mention MAKE/BRAND of offered product while quoting the tender and upload technical literature/DATA SHEET ETC for technical evaluation failing which their offer may be passed over.

MAKE/BRAND TO BE CLEARLY MENTIONED FAILING WHICH IT WILL BE PRESUMED THAT IT IS OF FIRMS OWN MAKE/BRAND AND PO WILL BE PLACED ACCORDINGLY.

Warranty: Firm has to quote warranty 30 months and quote accordingly failing which their offer may be passed over.

The bidder should go through the Tender Documents consisting of Instructions to Tenderers, General Tender Conditions and Special Conditions of Tender, and agree &confirm to abide by the Instructions to tenders, General Tender Conditions, IRS conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Tender.

Have you gone through the Clause No 6.0 for deposit of Earnest Money as indicated in Instructions to Tenderers and 13.0 for Security Deposit (SD) as indicated in General Conditions of Tender in ECoR Tender conditions uploaded in IREPS website as well as attached with this tender

Tenderers/Bidder should go through the 'Revised Tender Document dated. 23.12.2020' available in the IREPS website before submitting their offer especially the clauses 4.0, 5.0 of the instructions to the Tenderers pertaining to EMD and SD. Please note that as per latest guidelines. Non compliance of EMD and SD clause may lead to non consideration of the offers of the firms who are not exempted as specified in the above clauses.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
