Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of Current, Voltage Transformer

Supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of Single-phase, Live tank, oil-filled, hermetically sealed, outdoor, self-cooled 33kV CT 200-100/1A Class-1/5P20 as per the attached specifications. Installation shall be on existing structure and shall include connection to 33KV system as per site requirement. Supply of necessary hardware and fitments necessary to complete the work shall be in the scope of work of contractor.

Note: The rate of Installation should be inclusive of Cable clamps, tags Saddles, Consumables etc. Trays/pipes, trenches, fabricated tray supports etc will be covered.

Supplying and erection,testing & commissioning of non-linear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire 33kV Over head Line with rated Voltage of 33kV with normal discharge current rating of 10kA Station class complete with civil foundation, GI structure, clamping arrangenments, nut, bolt, washers etc. as required.

Glands and lugs shall be of approved make. Copper lugs for copper cables and aluminium lugs for aluminium cables shall be used.

Installation and testing of GI earth strip in ready made concrete trenches or in floor slits, on cable racks/ risers/ trays , on brick / concrete wall , on RCC/steel columns , on RCC/steel towers and vessels, under concrete floors, or paved areas, across pipe joints and valves, directly buried under ground at depth of 500 mm, including handling, transportation to erection site , bending, straightening, cutting to size, providing cable termination lugs for termination of wire/cables, welding together of earth strips in overlapping manner,bolting with nuts,bolts and washers, chipping in concrete floors/ paved areas for laying the earth strips under floors/ paved areas and making good by cement plastering concrete after laying of the strips ; clamping and supporting of earth strips laid above ground, connecting the strips/ wire at both ends to equipment or to earth bus / earth plates or to GI brackets fixed inside earthpit chamber, by bolting,etc., Hessian tapes, all necessary GI hardware, GI clamps, civil masonry. Supply,Laying of 250 mm dia RCC hume pipe (NP2) at road crossing and other places wherever req including excavation to a minimum depth of 1.5 mtr and back filling , supply & fixing of RCC collers and sealling of both ends after laying of cables , repairing of damaged road and providing bitumen over road surface as per spec and instruction of EIC.

Excavation of earth having max. width of 1200mm and depth of 1500mm,levelling the bed back filling after laying of cables , earth strip etc, finishing the top after consolidation and removing surplus soil from the site of erection as per and direction of EIC.
