M & L for filling polymer modified non shrinking slurry for sunken floors for toilets by drilling holes to a depth of 60mm by 20mm dia at 1 mtr interval and applying 2mm thick brush bond over the concrete syrfaces by mixing acrylic emulsion NITO BOND BB with brush bond powder and water as per the manufacturer's technical specification complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Racking out and cleaning of tiles joints in affected toilet/bath portion (without disturbing the tiles)and applying white cement 1:3 ration to floor & wall maximum upto 1.00m height from floor of affected area complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down vitreous China wash basin or sink of any size with backets and refixing in the same position after replacement of brackets as per the existing specification complete all as specified and directed.
