Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables or laying of pipe,errection of poles, struts / stays etc including taking out cable cover or stone slab, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old / unserviceable under ground LT cable of any cross-sectional area from trenches/walls / poles after disconnecting connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying,jointing,connecting and testing and fixing or passing through pipe or laid in trenches, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty cable XLPE insulated, armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor ,cross-sectional area 70 sq.mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L sand cushioning to undergound cable with using tibba sand and gently punning for cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

Supply & laying 40 to 50 mm thick roughly hammer dressed Jodhpur stone patti cable cover 25 to 30cm wide and n. exc 60cm long each laid dry abutting with each other with maximum gap between adjacent slabs n.ex 10 mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Cutting/ Chassing or Boring as required in hard standing/PCC / Road exceeding 10 Cm girth for concealed to GI tubing and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surfaces including facing/finishing where as required or as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply & laying steel Tubing galvanized medium grade (ISI Marked) 80 mm bore with all fittings ISI marked laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated any type of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F bus bar chamber of size 900x600x600mm suitable of 3 phase 433V outdoor type fabricated out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet with 200A rated aluminium busbar 4Nos., PVC sleeves (coloured red, yellow, blue and black) with suitable locking arrangments and four legged angle iron stand made of angle iron of size 40x40x6mm duly grouted in and including foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates alongwith all necesary cable connections, lugs and cable glands including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (of approved tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrom primer complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking out pump with motor of capacity 03 HP. of any make and model from the foundation & dismantling for overhauling and repair by replacing rewinding ,the pump bearing, bush, gland bush, coupling and impeller,pumpshaft etc re-assembling after replacement of unserviceable parts, connecting with the suction/discharge line with correct alignment and making the electric connection including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:The cost of rewinding, Pump bearing, bush, gland bush, coupling and impeller are included in this item.No seprate payement shall be made for supplying these items.

Material & Labour for renewal of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level, connected to Galvanised earth lead wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in the electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR part –I connected to all earth test point all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm bore light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation, earth work in any type of starta, PCC pit with RCC pit with M 25 (Design mix) cover,char coal,salt,funnel etccomplete. Note:-Rate quoted by the tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions:-(i) Excavation & eart work in any type of starta including removing of surplus material upto 100M (ii)PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggergate in pit& 40 mm thick precast RCC,M-25 design mix concrete cover 50x50 cm with 8mm round bar@15 cm C/C both ways.(iii) Main earth wire 4mm dia from earth eletrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.(iv)Funnel with watering pipe(GI pipe) 20mm bore(ISI marked)medium grade & copper lugs and charcoal & salt as reqd.(v) GI protection pipe of size 15 mm bore light grade upto 7.5m. .

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of centrifugal pump set of 60 HP capacity by scraping ,rubbing and removing of dirt/dust oil spot and making surface smooth ready for painting and applying one coat synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Repair of submerssible pump/motor 03 HP, 230/415 volts by transporting to civil work shop, opening, taking out old burnt out winding, preparing for re -winding with PVC insulated copper winding of suitable gauge including all materials as required, re-assembling, testing at work shop, transporting back to site and connecting with pipe & electric supply after the pump is lowered and testing the pump for smooth functioning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for Cleaning of underground /semi underground RCC reservoir of capacity 1,00,000 gallon at main pump house by draining out storage water completely with mud pump or throwing out manually with buckets and cleaning of inner surface of bottom and walls of tank by removing complete accumulated sludge/mud, dirt etc including removing of roots, bushes etc with wire brush and finally washing with fresh water and disinfecting the reservoir with 2% solution of Potassium permanganate including writing date of cleaning with white synthetic enamel paint and removing sludge, scale, mud etc to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in -Charge
