Material and Labour for RCC septic tank for 100 user with upflow filter designed to carry sewage and sullage water, incld excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 design Mix in walls, Base Slab, Baffle walls and roof slab including beams etc with vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc, complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter, (Ref TD ND CESZ/TD-01/2015, Sheet 1/3 to 3/3) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Soakage wells incld excavation and earth work, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 wall of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 2.4 M dia x3.0 M effective depth (Ref TD ND CESZ/TD-01/2015, Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 ) complete all as specified.

ROAD, PATH & CULVERT WORKS

Road marking with reflective thermoplastic screed 2.5mm thick using thermoplastic road marking paint of approved brand(white or yellow) including admixture layer of glass beads confirming to BS-6088 and most specification by using automatic mechanical road marking machine including cleaning of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc; complete all as directed. Uni/dual/tri-directional acrylic plastic reflectors cat eye of ABS material having size 100mmx100mmx200mm with celluler lence design alloy to continue functioning even after impact/damage in white/red/yellow fixed with special hot melt bitumen adhesive to road and including taking down of old unservisible plastic reflector cat eye complete all as specified and as directed.

Red morrum filling in road side berms including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Notes: (i) Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning.

Supplying, transporting to site, erecting and fixing in position, 11 mtr long and type 410 SP-55 steel tubular swaged and welded poles, ISI marked with with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts,washers & screws etc as specified complete, including painting outside with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat or red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Removing debris obtained from demolition exc. 50m but n. exe. 250 m depositing where directed complete all as directed.

DG SET WORKS

Supply, install, commissioning and testing complete silent Diesel Engine driven generating set with canopy and accoustics as per guide line issued by CPCB and environment act ( 415 volts, AC supply 3 Phase, 50 HZ , 4 wire system of supply) with panel of automatic starting omn main failure control suitable of giving an output of 50 KVA or of next higher capacity as available/manufactured after considering power factor as per IS-10001/10002 and alternator as per IS-13364 complete at 1610 metre altitude above mean sea level and capacity of operating between temperature range minus 15 degree celcius to plus 35 degree celcius in Sonamarg area of J&K and alternature of suitable capacity coupled with each other and capable of taking 10% over load for one hour in every 12 hours as per BS-5514/649 with flexible coupling mounted on common base plate on anti vibration pads on foundation recommended by manufacturer. The DG set shall comprise of electric starter motor with batteries turbocharger water cooled and comprising all standerd fittings/fixtures all piping etc water cooled/with radiator complete with inbuilt tank of capacity as per manufacturer specifications and shall comprise the following :-

(A) Diesel Driven Engine : Developing a net rated output of 100 BHP or next higher capacity suitably matched with alternator to give a net rated output of 50 KVA. The engine should be capable of delivering the required output of 1500 RPM as per BIS 649 under NTP condition with a provision of 10% over load for one hour in every 12 hours and interalia with the following accessories all as specified:- (i) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling and fly wheel housing. (ii) Air cleaner complete as per manufacturer specifications. (iii) Fuel injection rotarty nozzle pump. (iv) Electric governor. (v) Oil filter and mounting. (vi) Flexible coupling with guard nuts and bolts. (vii) Fuel filter and mounting. viii. Lubricating oil pump and oil cooled. ix. Starter motor as per manufacturer design. x. Lubricating oil cooler. xi. Exhaust silencer, industrial type with exhaust pipe of length, beyond impeller from wal from DG set room. xii. Drip tray xiii. Battery charger of suitable cap fitted with transformer/Rectifier unit DC ammeter/off/trickle/ boost switch, DC volt meter and other standard fitting hour running meter, kwh meter etc. xiv. 02 nos maintenance free battery 180 AH, 12 volt. xv. Cold start kit.

(B) ALTERNATOR :- The -+above engine will be coupled through flexible coupling on an indigenous alternator mounted on strong steel fabricated common base frame suitable for mounting in an acoustic. The alternator will be 3 phase 50 HZs 1500 RPM self-regulating self-exciting type and generating 50 KVA out put at 0.8 power factor 4 wire 415 volts AC supply under NTP condition with a provn of 10% overload for 1 hour in every 12 hours running at 1500 RPM, the alternator shall be screen protected and fitted with shield ball/roller bearing conforming to BS 2613/is 4722.

(C) MANUAL CONTROL PANEL :- The control panel body will be fabricated out of 16 SEG MS sheet. Panel will be suitable for canopy mounting indoor installation, dust & vermin proof, copper control cable of suitable size is used. Cable are ferruled for proper maintenance/checking/wiring of panel. Detachable cable gland plates are provided. The panel will be equipped as follows :- (a) One no moulded case circuit breaker of suitable capacity. (b) Aluminum Bus bars suitable capacity provided with termination. (c) 03 Nos current transformers of suitable ratio. (d) One set of instrument MCB’s (e) Microprocessor protections with display and indications of electrical and mechanical parameters as per manufacturers design and specifications.

(D) FOUNDATION :- PCC 1:2:4 foundation for DG set of suitable size complete all as per site requirement. Note :- (a) The complete generating include Engine/alternator shall be factory assembled by manufacturer or its authorized dealer as approved for assembling of the DG set. Make of assembler shall be :- (i) M/S Bhasker Power Project. (ii). M/S green field Enterprises (iii). M/S IEC Ltd. (iv) M/S Sudhir Gensets. Model C50DT5P (v) M/S Cater Piller. (B) First filling of Engine oil and fuel etc should be arranged by contractor for complete testing as directed.
