Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls including racking ouit joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L rendering 10mm thick on wall in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for 5mm thick thick CM 1:6 plater on ceiling and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bond distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer.

Preparing newly plastered surfac and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces Over1mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specifiedand directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth.

M & L preparing the old treated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of exterior grade weather proof antifungal paint complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed

M&L complete removal of existing treatment on old surface of walls and applying 2coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistent primer all as specifiedand directed by Engineer-in-Charge..
