REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF ROOF, FLOORING, JOINERY AND CONNECTED CIVIL WORK OF CERTAIN BLDGS AT NAA UNDER GE (N) TEZPUR

Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Supply and fixed second class hard wood, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash including necessary filling with wall care putty complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of white wash including necessary filling with wall care putty complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Material & labour for complete removal of old decorated plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper and one coat finished with spunge roller over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint over 2mm thick wall care putty complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping of white wash surfaces of walls (Plastered or un-plastered) including cormices pilasters etc and using wall care putty to fill the voids and applying two coats of oil bound distemper and finished another one coat with spunge roller including one coat of alkali resistant priming paint before distempering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including filling of knotting and stopping etc. with filling material complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including filling of knotting and stopping etc. with filling material complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of weather coat including

filling with 2mm thick wall care putty over a coat of primer including rubbing and all necessary preperation complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall after complete scrapping down and using wall care putty to fill the voids and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Each Job

Supply and fixed in repair toilet paper holder of cast copper alloy chromium plated fixed to walls with chromium plated (CP) brass screws complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair PVC seat cover for EWC of any make and size, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated hinging device complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside and outside of overhead PVC service tank of exc 500 but n. exc 1000 liters capacity through bacteriological treatmentby using TERBAC GS, TERBAC-G-65 and ultra violet ray. First stage: Drain out the water by using exist valve or high capacity dewatering system without disturbing the other material/item. Second stage: Claen th all algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G 10, a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tank. Third stage : Clean the tank with fresh water by high speed jet pump.. Fourth Stage: Bacteria screening by decertification using TERBAC-G5, a Govt laboratotory certified branded halogen compound. Fifth stage: Cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. Sixth stage: Second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. Seventh stage: Cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65

Providing and laying precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm nominal size, crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab or of similar type including necessary form work complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 10mm dia and over TMT bar cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spiarlly for hooping for colums, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering/plastering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra with water proofing compound over chajja, coping etc complete in all respect as specifified and directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid under supply item only)

Material and labour for any colour of granite stone without white spots Granite stone slab 17-19mm thick, as in floor, dado, steps, laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), jointed and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone including cutting, rubbing and polishing surface, including cutting for wash hand basin, sink, gas pipe hole etc., to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for rounding to edges of granite slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying skid/non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (CM) 1:6, complete including dismatnling of floor tiles with cement mortar bedding of any thickness upto PCC/ RCC surface and rubbish off the premises compelte in all respect as specified and directed.
