Providing for Installation, commissioning of Air Cooled Microprocessor based minimum 25 TR (minimum 87.9 Kw) Chiller condensing unit of following capacity with Hematic scroll Compressor having Tandem Compressor design 15-20% energy saving at part load, run time equaliser, operating on 3-phase /50 Hz/380-415V, Maximum, Outdoor unit shall be factory assembled weather proof casing constructed from heavy gauge mild steel, the outdoor unit should contain error code diagnosis function for ease of operation, the system should be equipped with eco-friendly refrigerant 407C/ R 410A or equivalent, the outdoor units shall be complete with all safety devices etc. and also dismantling of existing chiller plant, AHU with it’s existing copper pipe & fittings, sheet metal and related all accessories (unserviceable) and disposal of all old unserviceable materials from the site through by back system etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing for Installation, commissioning of minimum 10000 CFM capacity with 60 mm static pressure for 25 TR , Floor Mounted Type double skinned Air Handling Unit compatible with 25 TR (87.9 Kw) Chiller condensing outdoor Unit, consisting of 43 ± 2 mm thick PUF insulated Aluminium section frame construction with necessary dampers and thermal break profile a) Fan section DIDW backward curve imported fan MK. Krugar/ Nikotra , The AHU shall consist of TEFC squirell cage induction motor b) Coil section with 6 row deep (0.41 mm thick ) with air cooled cooling coils with washable pre filters with 90% efficiency down to 10 microns c] TEFC sq. cage induction motor d} Sandwiched SS Drain Pan d) Hydrophilic Fin with fin Spacing 1.4 mm complete with copper Tube (Copper Tubes should be of IS standard,, Maximum Noise Level: 50 or bellow dB, the unit must be with highly acoustic insulation, e) Controller Set: Corded Controller with temperature display and control option (Make: Edgetech, Zeco, Ravi Aircon, Carrier complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Lifting, shifting, positioning & Fitting Fixing of Outdoor & Indoor Unit (AHU) 25 TR each, on RCC support/by providing MS structure & AHU to be fitted at respective Hall ( AHU room) in/c proper rigid clamping Cu Refrigerant pipe line , Communication cable (through PVC enclosure)between Outdoor & Indoor units, & also the necessary all electrical connections to be connected in the both units from power supply by cables(Only fitting fixing) in/c Gas charging (only labour), Leak testing, Pressure checking by providing Nitrogen , commissioning & testing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Designing, fabrication & erection of GI sheet metal Ducting in/c providing necessary flanges, gaskets, bracings and supports complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 22 G

Supply & erection of Thermal insulation with 13 mm thick Nitrale with aluminum foel complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Supply & fixing of Duct acoustic insulation (sound absorbtion capacity) with minmum 10-13 mm thick open cell nitrale rubber (Inside) in/c 28 G alluminium perforated sheet complete all necessary fitting arrangement complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing for fitting fixing of different sizes of Hard drawn Pure copper Refrigerant pipe with cooper fittings, tube insulation of 19mm for connection of "AHU" along with it's fittings etc. complete as per direction of the Engineeer in charge. (Make: Mandev/ Rajco/ Maxflow) 15.9 mm (5/8 inch)

Sand Cement Plastering (1:4) of the outside Duct in/c wraping Chicken Wire Mesh on the insulated duct & necessary M.S. angle Support as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Supply & erection of Thermal insulation with 50 mm thick thermocol slab /19 mm Nitrale for out side duct complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing fitting fixing of thermal insulation of 50 mm thick resin bonded fiber glass insulation covered tissue board or 32 mm XPL sheet on the wall and ceiling fixed with frame work with GI channel covered with 26G AL perforated sheet and finaly fixing with Al flat in complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing & fitting fixing of of electronic Expansion valve for 25 TR with hand shut valve, silica dryer filter with suported Gi TRAY of the same as per site Requirement (Danfoss/ Sporlan make) complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing for fitting Fixing of PVC Conduit Communication Cable , size 2C X 1.5 Sqm mm dia etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing of refrigerant gas 410/ R-410 A / 407 C as a standard requirement for charging etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
