(A) Community Hall: Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing of colums, steps and septic tank etc. including refiling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completing of work. breaking clods in return filling dressing. watering and ramming etc and removal of surplus earth with all lead & lift as directed and specified in following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and spedified. (A) Up to a depth of 2.0 m below the existing G.L (a) In Ordinary Soil.

Earth/Sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150mm thick including necessary,carriage,watering,raming etc.complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, Forest Royalty, Sales Tax and other duties and taxes may be necessary. (c) With silt (predominantly non plastic) by truck carriage loading and unloading.

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing, steps,walls,brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary and curing complete (Shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately.) (b) In prop. 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6 coarse aggregate by volume. (using mixture machine).

Providing and laying 25mm thick damp proof coarse with cement concrete in prop 1:1.5:3 with graded store agg. Stone of 10mm down nominal size including providing approved damp proof admixture in proparation as recommended by the manufacturer including curing etc.complete as directed.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary and curing complete but excluding cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforce cement concrete work. 1st class brick nogged wall in cement morter including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately) a) 112mm thick brick wall (b) In proporation 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand)

65mm thick cement concrete floor consisting of 50mm under layer of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement :3 coarse agg. Of size 25mm down) and 15mm thick wearing layer in cement concrete 1:1:2 (1cement : coarse sand : 2 coarse agg. Of size 10mm down laid in panels and finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish (using cement slurry for boad @ 2.75Kg Per sqm of floor area) including curing etc.complete as directed.

Cement plaster skirting with cement mortar (1 cement : 3 corse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions with floor. (a) 15mm thick.

10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering upto 1st floor level including arrises or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (b) In cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand)

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single half brick wall for interior plastering upto 1st floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm girth and finished even. (A) On rough side (b) In Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand)

Providing corrugated galvd. Iron sheet roofing of TATA Shaktee/Sail including fitting and fixing necessary galvd. J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia withbitumen washer 25mm dia x 3mm thick land 1.6mm thick limpet washer complete excluding cost of roof truss, purlin etc.(roof trusses and purlin etc. to be measured and paid seperately). (a) 0.45mm thick

Providing galvd iron ridging of TATA SHAKTEE/SAIl including supplying and fixing necessary galvd screws/washers etc. complete as directed. (a) 0.55mm thick (ii) 230mm lapping

Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other similar works wrough, framed and fixed in position in contact with C.C or brick masonary wall including supplying fitting and fixing with M.S hold fast (40mm x 3mm x 250mm) as per design embedded in cement concrete block in proporation 1:2:4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contact with C.C and masonary as directed and specified. a) With sal wood.

Providing fitting and fixing 1/3 panelled 2/3 glazed wooden shutters for doors/windows including oxidized iron butt hinges (100mm x 75mm x3.55mm) with necessary screws including glass panes (other fittings to be measured and paid separately). (A) With Teak wood/Sissu wood (i) 40mm thick.

Providing fitting and fixing full pannelled door/windows including oxidised M.S butt hinges (100mm x 75mm x 3.55mm) with necessary screws (other fittings shall be measured and paid separately) (A) With Teak wood/Sissu wood. (i) 40mm thick

c) Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even etc.

f) Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on new wall surface to give an even shade, over and including priming coat of white primer after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropings and other foreign matter and including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint of approved brand of required shade, thining by adding water as per specification of manufacture after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as specified and directed by the department. a) Unicem Shakti.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood bassed surfaces over 100mm in girth/ width after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting. (a) With ready mixed paint , Wood primer (white)

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J& N paint/Nerolac paint) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. (I) Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. (a) General purpose (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevent I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/R.B. walling including straightening,cleaning, cutting and bending to proper sharpes and length as per details supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks,supprots,chairs,spacers etc complete. (upto 1st floor level) c) ISI approved Mild steel reinforcement bar (M.S.Bar)

Providing fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlins fabricated out of M.S. black-tubes conforming to relevant I.S. code, as per approved design and drawings including providing M.S. cleats, base plates, bolts and nuts and one coat of red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved enamel paints complete including fitting necessary cleats etc. for fixing ceiling joists as per design and drawing as directed. b) Using other ISI marked approved circular hollow section

(B) Construction of ICBP Road: Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (I) Private Land.

Furnishing and laying of the live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer including preparation of ground, fetching of sods and watering as per Technical Specification Clause 309.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (i) Private land

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. Providing VITRIFIED floor tiles of approved quality of specified size, shape and thickness not less than 18mm on floors, skirtings, risers and treads of steps over 15 mm thick base of cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey/ Sika/ Pedelite/ Rouf) / white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles, mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the tiles, complete at all levels as specified and directed.
