Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type

Dismantling posts or struts ( Wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed ground as in natural ground all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes ( Or similar holes) each n Exc 0.5Cum getting out, ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers N.exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance N.Exc 50m and making good the disturb surface in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 ( Using 40mm graded aggregate) as in embedding of fencing post all as specified and directed.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,MS iron flats ( for securing wire mesh etc)including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc,and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 11mm to 15mm dia( Machine made)with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square exc.10cm and not exc 15cm long all as specified and directed

S&F MS flat iron fillets including hexagonal bolts for fixing to fencing post including securing bolts, cut to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire, bolting or riveting etc and similar works confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS Galvanised fencing any size or any type

S&F for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description N Exc 10cm width or girth all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete

Material and labour for brick work with locally available sub class ‘B’, old size, best quality bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar ( 1:6) all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5m deep as in soft/loose soil for foundation etc or for shaft walls, cesspit, manhole etc n.exc 10Sqm on plan

M & L returning, filling including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in each layer as in soft / loose soil complete.

M & L removing excavated material exc 250 Mtrs but n exc 500 Mtrs and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L earth filling under floor spreading and levelling in layers n exc 25 cm thick and well ramming including watering as required.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 in finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L roof trusses framed, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing ( beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections Fe-410W) including distance pieces, cleats etc.

M & L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description.

S & F Non skid ceramic coloured tiles7 mm to 8mm thick (square /rectangular )area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but n . Exc 0.18 sqm superior premium quality, grade B-1 as per IS in Water splashing floors etc . set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 .

Taking up or down steel tubing 25 mm and connection, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified.

S&F25mm bore GI tubing medium grade fixed to wall.

S & F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves,25mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc. 1.5 sq. m each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position fixed with nails.

M&L 18/19mm thick particle board, medium density, flat pressed, single layer type or three layer type with BWR type adhesive, fixed with screws to timber, all as specified and directed.

Preparing old steel Surfaces of any des-cription, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Taking down cement plaster any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper.

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L 75mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3 :6 ( 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, all as specified and directed.

S&F coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300X 200X 7 to 8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry, 10mm thick in CM 1:3, and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes of dia 110mm bore double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair to Aluminium anodised three track sliding window frames of size 61.85X45.50X1.30mm thick and shutter frames of size 40X 18X 1.29mm with rubber gasket, beading and locking arrangement including making good to the disturbed portion complete .including stainless steel wire mesh 0.36mm nominal dia of wire with 1.40mm average aperture and fixing with stainless steel wire staples and fixing 5mm thick tinted glass with necessary rubber beading gasket all as specified and as directed

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm and connection, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified.
