Modification/strengthening of existing pale fencing and fixing of razor wire, over existing and new security fencing at 132KV S/s, Ranikhet under OandM Division, PTCUL, Almora

Random rubble masonary with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) cost of all other material i.e. cement, sand, stone etc. labour and T&P, levelling etc.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation or pits of any size, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil as directed, with all leads and lifts (in ordinary soil/earth mixed with boulders).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing chain link fencing over the old pale fencing to strengthen the old pale fencing surrounding the switchyard of 132KV S/s, Ranikhet including all supporting materials T&P and labour to complete the work.

Fixing of old wire mesh/pale security fencing side of substation road for rearranging including labour and T&P.

Cleaning of old stone walls with wire brush and repairing the wall as required near substation road and 132KV incoming yard area.

12mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low Voc (Volatile Organic Compound) content, with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior and interior paint of required shade : (New work, Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 sqm).

Providing and fixing new security wire mesh fencing of 1 mtr. height including labour, material and T&P for proper completion of work at different locations at 132KV S/s, Ranikhet as per direction of engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing new security wire mesh fencing of 1.5 mtr. height including labour, material and T&P for proper completion of work at different locations at 132KV S/s, Ranikhet as per direction of engineer incharge.

Applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel green paint on security wire mesh fencing both sides including all cost of material, labour and T&P.

Applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel green paint on M.S. Angle support structure of security fencing including all cost of material, labour and T&P.

Applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel green paint on M.S. Flat support structure of security fencing including all cost of material, labour and T&P.

Providing and fixing chain link fencing of 2.4 mtr. height including 2 No. gate of chain link fencing along wth M.S. Angle etc. as required and grouting welding with labour, material and T&P to complete the work.

Providing and fixingn new chain link fencing including angles other supporting materials to hold the chain link fencing to cover the 33KV side area and other gaps of switchyard including labour and T&P to complete the work.

Providing and fixing helical razor coil of 450 mm dia along with Y shape support angle and barb razor support wires over the fence of switchyard to cover all the switchyard of 132KV S/s, Ranikhet as per the instructions of engineer incharge including labour, support material and T&P items to complete the work.
